Comfortable 'home-away-from-home" apartment, with all the essentials provided. Hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and available. Great safe and central location to explore. Beautiful Seaview! Peace of mind with the safe and secure parking provided.

It was peaceful, spacious and lovely decor. The hosts Belinda and Richard were very good, and had baked us some lovely shortbread biscuits on our arrival. Definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish... Belinda and Richard made us feel at home. The apartment is really beautiful with balconies, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a beautiful living room.

Best place! It felt like home. Supplied a water dispenser. Washing machine was great. Dish washer too. Lots of love put into this unit. Very clean with comfortable beds. Even freshly baked short bread. Small basket for the beach was a great help. Location was perfect. Walking distance to beaches and the Penguins were really close. The view was beautiful too.

Spacious, excellent location. Hosts were very responsive and treated us to the best homemade baklava ever! Hope to be back.

“Great place”

A great place, we were very happy to be here. It is so close to the penguins walking distance only 10 min to the official penguin beach but also a few penguins seam to live at the next small bay and we enjoyed them very much. The flat is really very nice and beautifully decorated. It is large with nice separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom. A great kitchen with everything you need. Shopping Mal with food options and Woolworth and doctors only about 10 min drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Belinda and Rich for your kindness and great support. We hope to come back for a second time, visiting South Africa once is not enough.

The owners were on vacation and send their very sweet neighbor Kirsty as to take great care of us. We had a wonderful stay and would move in for good tomorrow. As „Simonstown lovers“ the place was perfect for us!

Everything! It was absolutely AMAZING! From the host, to the venue and things to do.

The area is calm, not too busy and the apartment is so lovely and so clean, it has all that you would need, definitely home away from home. The boulders beach with Penguins right close to the apartment was so lovely as well. The hosts were amazing, so warm and welcoming. The pool is clean, and the area seems very safe. Great local restaurants, enjoyed the Seaforth Restaurant right close to the apartment. We were there for 7 days with my family so this was a perfect home away from home feeling.

“Exceptional, would definitely go back.”

The unit is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. It’s walking distance to Boulders Beach and has everything one would need (and more). Linda provided so many special touches that we weren’t expecting, including a bucket and spades for the boys, beach towels to use, delicious crunchies and fresh milk in the fridge (which was much appreciated). She was an exceptional host. We found everything we needed in the house (including a grater and washing pegs!) The view was stunning also, even better than the pictures. The property and Linda exceeded our expectations, and I would most definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about the accommodation was perfect. Belinda the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice and close to Boulders Beach and we could walk around safely. Belinda provided delicious shortbread, coffee, milk etc. The popcorn was a very nice touch.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Belinda and family are warm and welcoming hosts that are available if you have any questions. Everything you need in a home away from home is there. We will definitely be back again.
