Located in the safest area of Simon’s Town, Penguinden - load-shedding free offers stunning views of the magic False Bay and Boulders Beach is within walking distance. It boasts a lush tea garden with indigenous plants, a barbecue area, a suntan area and free Wi-Fi All suites are decorated in bright colours and are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Each suite features a balcony and the private bathroom has a bath, shower or both. Kitchen and dining facilities are available. Some of the suites share a kitchen and dining area. Stunning view Amazing location I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place. The space was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, and everything about the experience made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again!

“Lovely place to relax in jacuzzi was awesome”
The views were beautiful but it was not in walking distance of Boulders as claimed and airconditioning in all rooms would have been better in this heat. There was only an air purifier but nothing to keep cool.

“Amazing views of the sea and great location”
Location was great, really quiet and super safe, private parking outside the house. Apartment was huge and plenty of space for the 3 of us, huge terrace, amazing sea views from every window the apartment has everything you need for your stay, washing machine is a bonus( bring some washing tablets) Short drive to nice restaurants and coffees, also penguin beach, cape of hope where you can see lots of wild animals while driving. Overall great stay, good value for money
