“Fantastic resort, on the most beautiful island, with easy transfers and great value for money”

Beautifully laid out along a very long stretch of beach. Most guests move around on bicycles. We booked a beach villa and were upgraded to a beach sanctuary pool villa: awesome. The beach villas seemed smaller but equally charming and all right on the beach. However, we would definitely consider splurging and booking the sanctuary villa next time. Value for money here seemed much better than any other luxury resorts we looked at or stayed at on Seychelles. The food we had was excellent. Personnel and service never disappointed us. We did island hopping, and we honestly would rate Silhouette the most beautiful island we saw, as far as nature on land and under water. Really! It offers all the essence of the natural beauty of Seychelles. The secluded beaches reachable on foot (from 10 minutes to 1 hour walks) were truly more beautiful than the famous beaches of the famous islands, and really deserted. The island is big enough to offer real and challenging hiking on the spectacular rocky hills typical of Seychelles. It is small enough to always offer a sheltered, calm side for snorkelling and diving within a 15 minute boat drive. On Seychelles leaving the main island always entails long transfers, but the location of Silhouette is ideal, since it is the closest to the main island: only a 45 minute boat ride. The resort has a lounge on the main island, which makes the transfer comfortable and luxurious. It is always open, so a great back up for delayed or late flights. Some comments say that the transfer is long and expensive, but we tried different ways of transferring between islands, from slow ferries to expensive helicopters, and the Labriz lounge + boat was a perfect trade off between distance, comfort and cost. All other islands and resorts away from the main island entail much longer, exhausting and / or more expensive transfers.

I loved everything about the property. However, what I loved most about the property were the rooms, we stayed at the beach villa and the direct access to the beach was magical and the room was so neat, everything looked new and kept clean.

“Beautiful views but things to note...”

- we had a peaceful week's stay (not many kids and it wasn't busy) - the resort and views are gorgeous and serene - island is full of nature and animals (crabs everywhere, turtles, tortoises, lizards, bats and flies galore) - the staff were amazing with us, so helpful and accommodating (i had a beetle in my food on the first night at the buffet so we moved to another restaurant) - Beautiful how the resort and spa are built around the rocks - we stayed in the beach front villa, really good sized rooms and bathrooms Other notes for travellers: - One thing to note is that all kitchens are outdoors except at Portobello so you will get some insects in your food - Portobello restaurant is outstanding and Gran Kaz!!!! - bring your own mosquito spray, the resort once costs £25-30

The resort met our expectations 100%. The views were beautiful, the beachfront villa was kept spotlessly clean (thank you, Dinesh! You did very well!). It was very comfortably furnished, and the view of the water was magnificent. We used the bikes and the well-equipped gym daily. The food in the restaurants was truly delicious—from local Creole cuisine to international Italian and Asian dishes, and even delicious seafood on the beach! Bartenders were super helpful and was making super tasty drinks. Everything was really amazing :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa! The resort itself is stunning, but what made our holiday truly special was the incredible service. A special thanks to Ragu, Boniface, and Vamit – they were extremely warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality and professionalism elevated our experience and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service and a beautiful setting

Gorgeous location on a beautiful beach on Silhouette Island, the only resort there and purple in there a beautiful tropical paradise and a calm atmosphere.

“Beautiful location for a special occasion!”

We stayed in a Sanctuary Pool Villa - private, green, loads of wildlife, tranquil, lovely pool, nice veranda, plenty of choice for seating, lounging and laying to suit your mood! The beach was 30 seconds away from our front door, I preferred the privacy of this type of villa to being looked at from the beach, but each to their own! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful with excellent housekeeping, Breakfast team, Aria, 4 Degrees and Gran Kazz Staff- no exceptions. The food was plentiful and we learned much about local cuisine, the staff were great at explaining different dishes to us too! The massive bats, the beautiful birds and insects (blue bumblebee, Chinese paper wasps that looked like fairies- none of which bothered us at all). The beautiful beach is a sight to behold- dreamy! Plentiful things to do but we just took it easy! The pumpkin soup is delicious!! Bring insect prevention (mosquitos) with you and you will be fine.

The beachfront views and the size of the villas was fantastic. Couple of nice sunrises, good range of activities, bar service was great and overall goód range of food to choose from even if some of the restaurants weren't open due to low occupancy. The staff at the jetty at Belhombre were very accommodating keeping the bost from leaving until we could get there due to late plane.

“You will need to lower your expectations - or better yet, do not book here.”

Well - I would definitly not recommend this hotel unless you have booked through Tui and your expectation are managed well. We book independently (and at a very dear price) only to have no dinner reservations available to us to do overbooking for BOTH nights during our stay - except the buffet. We were expecting a luxury experience but that is not what we received. The buffet food offerings were decent but the room smelt of wet nappies. After finally flagging down a staff member (I had tried very politely 2-3 times before) I requested a glass of wine and he rolled his eyes at me (!) and then walked to a fellow staff member and began to argue with him in front of a room full of customers. For the second evening I tried multiple time to make reservations at a number of different restaurant unsuccessfully and being told the buffet was the only option again (who goes to the Seychelles to eat at a mediocre buffet every night?). I went to the main reception and was able to book a reservation at the asian restaurant and received a verbal confirmation. After returning to my room, someone from reception called me to ask if I would please speak to the restaurant manager as she would like to speak with me. So, I carved out 30 minutes of my holiday to speak to her. We then realise that she thought I had requested this meeting. So the reception staff had pitted us against each other. Very unprofessional. At this meeting she did say that she was unable to honour my confirmation for the asian restaurant was someone else had used the app to book their reservation. There was an app? The manager was able to make an accommodation at the Italian restaurant for which we were grateful to be eating but what happen to our dinner reservation? The pool area had very limited number of loungers and people had "reserved" them but leaving copious amounts of clothing all over them. I am talking a sock here, a hat there, a shoe there... it was ridiculous.

The beach was stunning, the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were fantastic. The nice activity center - almost everything is in the shadow.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel were lovely.

Amazing location, cleanliness, aesthetics for a property over 15 years old..with very professional and amiable staff. Every day only got better and we did not feel like leaving.
