“A great place to stay overnight”

We only stayed 1 night ahead of an early morning ferry to Koh Rong but I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very close to the ferry port, the room was huge and clean with a big bed, large TV and sofa. Staff were very friendly.

“Great for location for Boat Pier”

Location to Boat Pier. Nice room, comfortable bed. Exceptional Staff, very helpful with all transfers and bookings for the islands. Great cheeky little shortcut staircase nearby if you fancy the short walk to the ferry.

“Great comfortable beds”

There’s a couple of bars and restaurants nearby but the harbour.. also a 7 to 11 for essential needs. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the bedrooms.

Friendly staff, very helpful, close to Port to travel to koh rong the next day

Rooms were large and very clean. Great location if you want to be at the speed ferry port. Staff were lovely and even gave us a lift up the bank to save us walking.

“A brief recovery stay”

There is no elevator, so you must be able to manage the stairs. The hotel room was spacious. A comfortable sofa in the living area. The bedroom had a double bed, very comfortable with 4 pillows. We had to be changed to a different room due to hallways door not being able to close. But we had to contact reception to arrange this. But as guy at the desk struggled to shut the door after he showed us to the room was a bit odd. The room was lacking any cooking facilities and dining table. The clerk said these are no longer available. The also have closed the restaurant. There are a few places on the main road around the corner for meals. But as we had come to stay for a few days so my partner could rest his knee after a fall down a step in Koh Rong Sanloem we were expecting to be able to just have meals in the room. It is very near the port to catch the boats, very easy to get to.

It was ok, room was spacious, the shower attachment wasn't great so had to hold the shower when using it. I wanted something near the ferry port to get boat to koh rong

“Comfortable stay but tucked away.”

Room was clean and extremely spacious. There was a kitchenette. The man at the desk was friendly. Good for a stop over 1 night only to get to the port which was walking distance - even with all of our luggage. The bed was great and had 2 cushions which is a luxury.

“everything is ok ,but air conditioner is not good”

The air conditioner is too old and not cool

all is fine, clean, beautiful sea, helpful personnel, place easy to get to if you have transport

The room is basic clean and not what you should expect from a four star hotel. Its just not the standard of a four star..... big room though.

A new modern hotel with nice and clean comfortable rooms that include everything you need. Exellent room design. Balcony is not big but with a panoramic sea view. Staff professional and friendly. Particular thanks to the general manager Roseth Ny, who personally helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend, especially for those who’s heading for islands, because it’s located in 5 minutes walking from the speedboats departure

“nice room terrible location”

terrible location,next to vacant lot used for rooster fighting area.Rubbish all around hotel.No tuk tuk traffic so had to walk down steep hill to leave hotel.Not Good

Situation is convenient as it is walking distance from the ferry to the islands. Staff was accomodating for my late arrival (past midnight).

big clean rooms, with balcony, not too difficult to find, close to the victory hill/queenco area, would stay again
