Situated in the picturesque Sigiriya, Roy’s offers a visual relaxing paradise. In addition, the warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond, the delicious cooking, communal dinners, social communal areas and the array of activities make this the perfect stay! This was an amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! So many activities organised! We got a room upgrade also which was lovely! Food was amazing and good serving sizes! Cannot fault at all!!! They help arrange transport to next destination also!

I would absolutely recommend staying at Roy’s villa. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they arrange all the activities for you. We loved the cooking class for dinner. It’s a very sociable setting, so great if you want to meet new people! The food was amazing. We would stay there again.

“You can’t miss this place in Sigiriya!”
The property was just perfect. Thank you for everything. I did 3 activities a day (safari, sunset at Sigiriya rock, lake swimming, temple, cooking class, sunrise …) all this in a super friendly atmosphere ! Made a lot of new friend and I will definitely come back!

It was best choise to stay in roy’s villa. Amazing owner with his team were very welcoming. The food was best we eat in Sri lanka. We took hike, safari, Roy did the dinner lesson all best quality. So special place.

One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The guys running the place are amazing and friendly and really make the experience (Roshan was a highlight)! All of the activities are great and family dinner was delicious. Everything was super clean and we’d love to come back!

Beautiful property with the friendliest staff. They really make an effort to make sure everyone is having a nice time and organise all the activities for you. Very social place with lovely places to chill. Even the dorms were laid out really nicely with your own little booth type bed.

“Excellent. 10/10”
Everything is right at Roys. They have mastered the way of creating a community for the amount of days that you stay. The way the staff feels like family and the guests feel like friends from the start is amazing. This makes Roy’s villa different than any hostel I’ve stayed. And I’ve been to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia. Roy’s Villa is a MUST visit.

“Amazing place with an amazing atmosphere!”
Had such an amazing stay at Roy’s, it is a very special place. Rooms are amazing and so clean. Really great atmosphere and a great place to meet other travelers. The family dinner is so great you get to try loads of curries and make one during the cooking class. The trips during the day were great we were able to do everything on our list as Roy’s organise a morning and evening activity which means planing what you want to see/do is easy. Would highly recommend the place and staff are amazing! ✨
