Great location, just off the Autobahn so really convenient for an overnight stop on those long journeys. The house is really pleasant and has been renovated to a very high standard by the owner Jochen who is a really nice and helpful guy . Would highly recommend.

We chose this place because it is close to the Indian restaurant in Mogendorf. Friendly owner who lives in a house which appears to be newly renovated with first class materials. No meal option which was perfect for us. Highly recommended for comfort and a quiet sleep in the village.

“Excellent stay in private accomodation”

Jochen is a very friendly, helpful and personable host. The accomodation is in his own home and it's clear he has striven to make it as comfortable as possible for guests. The pictures are accurate. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom which has its own bathroom (located opposite the bedroom). The bedroom has tea/coffee making facilities with tea bags, coffee and long life milk thoughtfully provided along with some crockery and cutlery. The thoughtfulness doesn't stop there because there is a small fridge and a television. The double bed is firm but comfortable at the same time and the room is warm too with an adjustable temperature on the large radiator. The bedroom is spotless and very clean as is the bathroom. Jochen's home is located in a quiet village approx 15 minutes walk from the local train station. The A3 autobahn is close by if coming to the area via car. There is also a supermarket and coffee/cake shop in the village. I wholeheartedly recommend his home as a place to stay if you are in the area. It is excellent and very good value for money for the facilities provided.

For me, it is one of the best accommodations in this area and for very nice price. Jochen is a very good man, speaks good English, and in the room have absolutely everything coffee, tea, and water. Highly recommended.

“Surprising and excellent”

The host met me , was friendly informative and easy going! Good communication before my arrival. Parking is right outside the property on the street Bedroom and bathroom all very clean and tidy , big bathroom . Bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy. Great table with all things needed for meal time in the sense of a kettle , cutlery , even milk was provided which on a long road trip milk is not great to travel with so this was very handy. Facilities were excellent ,little touches and somewhere you could easily stay for a few nights ! Supermarkets are a 10 minute walk away. Superb and will stay again in this little town, and very comfortable accommodation. Photos are accurate on booking.com
