The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is well presented and the staff were very helpful and kind. We had some issues with construction starting extremely early each day of our stay, however the staff did their best to rectify this. Lee was very kind and helpful!

“Perfect for a relaxed holiday”

I loved the green and calm atmosphere with lots of trees and plants around the pool. Pool was big enough to swim some lanes twice a day, and never too crowded. Spacious and very clean room with everything I needed, plus balcony with wonderful green views. The welcome decoration on the bed, made from fresh flowers, was gorgeous. Good location close to shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring Angkor. Very quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr Lee. Food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable, good selection of wines.

Staff were extremely friendly and smiley, we had a lovely welcome from them. There was a lovely ‘happy honeymoon’ spelled out on the bed with fresh flowers also! The pool was very relaxing and the room was spacious :) it is a short walk to the centre of town!

Love the pool the Staff the atmosphere. It was all absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and very reasonable. They handled all our wishes and helped us with our trip trips around the temples.

Staff were lovely , Mr Lee was very helpful and considerate. Had a great time and always felt looked after.

This is a beautiful Hotel, as soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with a drink and a snack with a very friendly, kind and profissional service given by Pich and Tola. They were exceptional and helped me book all the tours, dinner and shows that I wanted, and organized transport to the airport, the drivers were all very friendly too and I felt always safe. All the staff had a very attentive service, from the reception to the restaurant, they were very warm, joyful and polite. Thank you very much for your courteous service, providing an excellent experience for me.

Everyone is super helpful and offer quick solutions! Amazing and nice people all around the hotel! Spacious room with everything you need. Pool was clean and cooling. We booked a guided tour with the hotel and the organization was awesome. Our guide Naga did a great job explaining us the history!

“I'm picky, but this hotel and staff made me fall in love with Cambodia”

This hotel and its staff were amazing. I stayed there for 7 nights, then I changed hotels to a 5 star hotel nearby, but after one night I cancelled it because the swimming pool was dirty and it was extremely noisy, so I've booked another 5 nights at the Moon Residence and Spa, because it was much, much better. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet, with a soft background music coming from the restaurant, birds chirping and the water cascading from the swimming pool was making me feel like an ok cloud nine. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The staff are all one of th kindest and nicest people I've met so I hope the owner of this hotel is looking after them well cause they are the one who are making this place so much better than any other hotels around. They use reusable bottles instead of plastic ones which is great 👍 The location is the best, just a short walk to the old Market and night market area and I've seen other hotels are showing incorrect locations even here on booking.com so please cross-check that with Google before booking. I'm normally not easy to please and I'm rather picky but this hotel and people exceed my expectations. You made me fall in love with Cambodia ❤️
