The staff is amazing, bedrooms very comfortable, clean and nice. Breakfast very good and restaurant with good food.

We stayed for one week. Don't be surprised if you get a pleasant surprise on arrival. Unfortunately the photos don't do this place justice. The staff are amazing throughout the place, food is great and beer is cold! Definitely be back.

Loved the staff, so welcoming and helpful. Food was great and the room and grounds were simply gorgeous. Some people have complained that it's a short journey from the town but in our view, that made it even better as it was quiet and peaceful, and only takes 5 mins on a tuktuk. We also got a free foot massage which was lovely!

It was a beautiful place, peaceful, beautiful gardens, great swimming pool, our Pool View Room was clean and comfortable, directly on the pool with a view towards the pool bar. The Restaurant was also great, lovely food. The staff were so wonderful, they went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable, we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary along with another couple (friends) and the staff went all out to make the day special for us, it is a wonderful memory. We will be going back.

“Charming and colourful”

The Memoire Palace Resort & Spa was a nice hotel with smiley staff. The things we liked about it were the picturesque pool and buildings, the spa and the room's bathroom (with big bath and tall shower). The 20 minute foot massage inclusion in the booking was definitely worth it and such a bonus. We went on to have some treatments at the spa and they were very also relaxing. The staff kindly helped celebrate my birthday by decorating our bed and bringing a cake - such a delight!

Everything. This place was beautiful. Staff was so helpful. I had the best night sleep ever here. This place is beautiful and tranquil. We also had a fantastic treatment in the spa too. I would love to share photos unfortunately I can't seem to upload any photos to Booking.com. Highly recommend here if staying in Siam Reap.

The property photos don’t do it justice, the pool setting and scenery are stunning. Its a unique resort with the villas surrounding the pool and such easy access with steps i to the water everywhere. Great value for a luxury resort in comparison to Australian prices. Super clean and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious

Best part of staying at Memoire Palace Resort and Spa are the people who work there and try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as they possibly can, given their particular job or capability. Front desk staff was amazing (special shoutout to Soriya for looking so well after us), catering and restaurant staff are amazing (many thanks, Selin and Sophia), pool could use a little bit of uplift (the decking is very old and needs fixing), but overall it's massive, not occupied, and basically worked as a ginormous private pool for us most of the time. Gym is basic - weights aren't matched (other than 20 kg which are harder for majority of people to do a full exercise circuit with) but with plenty of training machines and once again, it's largely empty, so massive value for money and your free time.
