“Peaceful and quiet”
The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent as usual as we have stayed in the hotel several times already. The only issue we had was that the service was slow. After our meal was finished all other customers were offered dessert but no-one came to offer us the same.. I think us being English was a problem.

I accidentaly locked myself out of my room on saterday evening. The reception was closed untill sunday, no emergency contact or telephone number. General number is linked to a pre recorded message. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

“No hot drinks.”
The first hotel that I have evere stayed in where it was not possible to get a hot drink on arrival. The staff just said no when asked. We had to wait until breakfast to get a hot drink. Unacceptable.
