Where should I even start? Salome created this little habitat with three rooms that we occupied with our entire family. We were friendly greeted, and felt very welcome from the very beginning. We liked the fact that Salome is running the place very ecologically friendly. She really tries to minimize the footprint that she and her guests are putting on the planet. The place itself is very chill and tranquil and you can just hang out there all day. You have horses around. She also offers a horse ride, which we strongly recommend. We did a wonderful sundowner two-hour horse ride with the family that was magnificent. It's also very close to some local restaurants in the beach in sidi kaoki, where you can go for surfing. Sidi kaoki itself is very natural and feels not overdeveloped so you really get a taste of some local life. The prices are relatively friendly still so it's a very nice place and also an escape from essaouira, which feels much more developed already. We can only recommend you take a shot and go to the ranch if you can find a spot.

Per-FECT. Salomé is such a pure soul and sacrificed many things so that her guests can enjoy the serenity and tranquility of her little eco-haven that she built within far reaching olive groves. You will feel like you would have known her and the place forever. From horserides in the sunset on the beach, to starting the day with a meaningful breakfast and enjoying a super comfy nightstay under the clear, starry nightsky. I am not exaggerating. Here you can have it all.

“Eco Ranch heaven and I cannot wait to return”

Salomé was one of the most incredible humans and hosts. I felt immediately at home and welcomed. The property was beautiful and she upgraded me.

We spent 3 wonderful days with our 2 grown-up kids at the Ranch. It is a very special place with Salomé as our lovely host. She took our daughter on a fantastic horse riding tour and my son and myself had a very fun and tasteful cooking workshop with her. The place is magical. The water comes from a well dug by Salomé herself and tastes wonderful ... unique during our trip to Morocco. A marvellous Agan tree adorns the garden. The accommodation is beautiful, without unnecessary luxury and very clean. There are only three rooms, so it was easy to socialise with the other guests which enriched our experience. The nearby beach at Sidi Kaouki is perfect for surfing and the surrounding area is a great place for walks. I can highly recommend the Ranch, especially for couples and families who are looking for an authentic experience off the beaten touristic track.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. We have spent here 3 days and it’s been one of the best experiences of our life. The owner is an amazing person and she helped us organize many amazing activities such as Moroccan cooking class and horse riding at sunset (both highly recommended). There is also the chance to have dinner at the place and the tajin we had was absolutely amazing.

We had the most incredible stay at the ranch, the secluded space is the perfect by-the-sea experience if you want a little privacy and variety from the beach. We didn't realise there was only one bedroom - a beautiful surprise to our romantic stay! The room was gorgeous and the entire ranch was so tastefully designed. You can see it was designed with eco intentions and pure love/passion for the place. The hospitality of Salomè was incredible, I don't think I've ever experienced such care and attention to detail in all my years of travelling! I planned to propose to my future husband and Salome was only too happy to help make the experience as memorable as it was! After an amazing sunset horse ride on her Stallions, we returned to a candle-lit meal lovingly prepared by her. She had organised sparkling wine (difficult to find in Morroco!) and ensured my fiance knew nothing about it. This was hands down the best place either of us has ever stayed - and we plan to return for our anniversary! A HUGE thank you to Salomè. See you next time :)

A beautiful, calm, serene oasis in the desert. A real gem of a place. With stables in sight, and seeing the two stallions in the morning, what a morning to wake up to. Salomé was the perfect host and went way above what could be expected, and in fact, I was treated like a long-lost friend of member of the family. The breakfast was created with care and was sumptuous. I'd highly recommend staying here, but don't forget the amazing horse rides on the beach at sunset. My first time on a horse, and I was led and taught with safety and experience first and foremost. That's Salomé's forte, and the best reason to stay at the ranch.
