Great stay overall! The host was amazing—very cheerful, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. His positive energy really made the experience even better. The breakfast was very good, and we especially appreciated the flexibility of choosing the time ourselves. It’s a budget stay, and the hotel could use a bit of maintenance in places, but the hospitality more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for a good-value stay!

“Great overnight stay”

Loved the location . Large apartment with two balconies . Sound of the sea and waves crashing all night long . So peaceful. Excellent value at £30 for one night and great breakfast included. We were there in Ramadan and it was nice to watch the locals playing football at 11pm from our balcony .

“Best Budget Stay in Morocco!”

Brahim was such a kind soul, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. From the welcome tea brought up to our room, to getting up early to give us breakfast at 7.30. The bed was comfortable and warm, the water was hot. The cafe across the way on the beach was fantastic, have the grilled Daurade, you wont be dissapointed!

1. The caretaker Hassan is the best you could ask for. 2. Location very good within the small village and some 3kms to the bird park which is walkable along the coast. 3. Food is very decent and not expensive. 4. Room with good view to the sea. Have spacious balconies and lookout for sunset. 5. Old building with good architecture, big courtyard and terrace. 6. Presence of CCTV cameras

Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast very good. As a site for birding it was good with the oued massa nearby and plenty to see. Probably not ideal for a family holiday. Eating options limited but ibis chauve restaurant quite good and friendly. This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast - you can decide, if you will have it in your room (balcony) or at outdoor terrace (great view on ocean from both of them), you can order a dinner to your room or to outdoor terrace, great location for visit of National Park. Two restaurants just few minutes from a hotel.

“Splendid, quiet location”

Location: proximity to bird reserve with small birds and raptors with free entry 3 km along beach from Fanti and river near Massa with waders. Amazing local people, traditional, unspoilt, serene, many KMs of beach, often nobody there off season, waves suitable for advanced surfers, well equipped spacious room with huge balcony in a traditional styl building. Hassan, the receptionist/ waiter/porter was highly professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my 6 days there and hope to return. However, if you are accustomed to city life, 5 star hotels and partying /clubbing please don't go.
