Clean facility. Linens changed daily. Beach is clean with a gentle slope, suitable for children. Good sauna and indoor pool. General sense of cleanliness. Despite visible wear on furniture, everything works. Off-season stay was calm with plenty of space.

The pier was the highlight.

“Enjoyable holiday”

From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations! Check in was quick friendly and the staff were very welcoming. We stayed in Elite which was very clean, everything on site was immaculate from the gardens, pool areas and the popular garden areas for relaxation. All staff were very friendly nothing was ever to much trouble. Food was freshly served everyday, with a huge variety at every meal, endless snacks available and top quality drinks throughout the day. If you are a coffee drinker you will enjoy endless amounts of good coffee. The water park is a highlight for this resort, spotless well maintained very friendly staff. Life guards were attentive and very friendly with the kids. The walk the beach was very picturesque. We can’t recommend this resort enough for families looking for a fun stress free luxurious holiday. We will definitely will be back.

Clean, fresh food & economic.

Everything! Big and clean room. towels and sheets were changed regularly. Cleanliness in the entire complex is on a high level. The beach is big and sandy, and the garden in the park is amazing. There is a large pier next to the complex where you can sunbathe or have a drink.The staff was very polite and kind.

“Just Wonderful”

This is our second time at this hotel, Room no 3410 with sea and pool view was amazing, but next time i will request room no 3412. The hotel is large, its gardens are beautiful, and the food it offers delicious,. It is a good place for family.

Room was spacious for our family. Lots of activities for kids. They keep kids engaged until night 9:00 pm. Aqua park was very nice with good slides. Enough varieties of dishes for all 3 times. Always there was something to eat.

All the facilities, pool, beach, food. Very nice and clean hotel. Clean pool. Food is exeptional, so many different kind of food. You can get water bottles in many places. Nuts in cups are great. Aqua park great for kids. Very satisfed about having extra different kinds of pillows in the room. Hand Sanitisers in many places in the hotel in a plus.

“Average food with best sandy beach”

Standard Rooms are smalls considering five star hotel and resort. Food is average and variety is limited. There is grill section within the all inclusive option which no Turkish kebabs which is their specialty. Cocktails are like sweet drink. Late dinner only offer two same dishes everyday.

Considering we went when it was still slightly out of season, it isn't fair to comment on certain aspects like the water slides being closed(not advertised on Booking.com) or a lack of evening entertainment/pier being closed. 1 - The Restaurant There is a good selection of food available and more than enough for everyone to have plenty. However, the majority of food wasn't really to our taste but what we did try was delicious. Many of the items cater more to Eastern Europeans but i understand why. There could be a section for children specifically. There was a great variety between Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The desserts were incredible with amazing variety, compliments to the chef. 2 - The Rooms We had a nice view from our room. It was a good size and had everything you'd expect or want. The refillable mini bar was a wonderful inclusion. The turnover for cleaning and tidying of the room by staff was extremely fast and we felt welcome by the decorations left in the room. Everything felt safe and secure and blocked noise elsewhere well. The TV could use more English speaking channels. The Air conditioning did not work but this wasn't a huge issue and we didn't mention it because it wasn't too hot. 3 - Facilities As it was out of season we didn't use all Facilities but we loved the overall grounds of the resort which was fun to explore and relax in. The gardens were all very well maintained and all the pools were clean and in good working order. The exceptional beach nearby was beautiful and there is an abundance of seating. Credit to this resort for high level of accessibility for people with a pram or that require additional needs like wheelchairs. The shopping mall offers everything but it was overpriced. 4 - Staff The staff were helpful when we required some help like getting a taxi. We didn't have issues with communication in terms of English speaking.

Aqua Park was fun for the kids. Some activities for kids was fun. Especially moto cycle event. Food was good Drinks also. Clean toilets. Clean rooms.
