“Perfect hotel great food and great all inclusive, the staff are simply wonderful”

The ease of getting there, by pre booking a taxi which was waiting for us ŵe got an hour and ten minutes taxi ride for €35

Everything amazing. But the staff made it exceptional. The manager was very visible , always checking everything ok. All staff super helpful and friendly and going out of their way to take care of you.

This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. We stayed for a week in April, and it was wonderful. We loved everything about it: The staff were excellent across the board. Helpful, attentive but not overbearing. Tui team (Craig, Milo, Debbie and BT) all helped us make the most of our stay. The hotel staff were all excellent, and made our stay fantastic. The food is wonderful. Buffet offers a range of options, as well as a nightly bit of show cooking. We had intended to eat out a couple of times but ultimately didn't feel we needed to. Enjoyed a la carte twice, and would recommend Culinarium in particular. Facilities were excellent too. Enjoyed our room, the pool, sauna and bar. Location is good too. You are very close to the beach, and a 25min stroll into Side. The town itself is lovely. We love archaeology and history and it is everywhere around you. In conclusion, believe the hype - this place is fantastic.

“Fabulous hotel”

This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!

Lovely friendly helpful staff who really want you to have the best time. Food is wonderful as are the drinks, especially the cocktails. Free loungers on private section of the beach with AI water, fruit, sandwiches etc. Manager Savas is always around chatting to the holidaymakers and even joins in with his staff, serving drinks at the bar and carrying suitcases ! Best holiday x

“Heavenly Holiday”

The staff were amazing, everyone including the other guests were all so friendly. The food was the best we've ever had on holiday as were the drinks, especially the wonderful handmade cocktails. There us even a coffee house with cakes and ice creams.The staff really can't do enough for you and genuinely do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Led from the top, Savas the manager is always around and pitches in with his staff. He even brought our suitcases to the taxi for us in the rain. We never go back to the same hotel but have both said that we will go back here within the next couple of years. Thank you to all xx

Staff members were all hard working, professional and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and ran with complete efficiency. Food was of the best quality and choice. Entertainment was varied and live. Vary hard to find any fault. Top hotel

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

“Amazing amazing amazing”

What a great hotel! Not only is it beautiful, the food and drinks are excellent. Comfy beds, clean, lovely pool. The absolute standout of the hotel is the staff. Every single person you come across smiles, chats, remembers you and offers amazing service. I tried to keep a list of names to mention but it became impossible as everyone was amazing. Savas, the manager, takes time to get to know the guests, checks in regularly and is all around great craic. Halit makes insanely good cocktails, ismail runs around the pool tending to your every need and always with a smile, the guys in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the international a la carte restaurant one night and it was amazing. Really good food, good selection of wine and impeccable service. We cannot wait to come back!

“One of our best holidays ever.”

Everything - yes, seriously, everything! The hotel could not do more for us, from the initial booking to a friendly check-in at the start and even friendlier send-off at the end of our stay. Mehmet, the front desk manager, offered us an adapted room when I asked about help for those with restricted walking mobility. He also reserved us sunbeds near the steps into the pool. We were also reserved a table in the restaurant. All the staff is exceptional at their jobs, led by the ever-present and hands on manager Savaş. The pool is fantastic for swimming or just relaxing in, and was at bath temperature by the afternoon. The jacuzzi section was perfect for just cooling off from the heat. The food was delicious and seemingly catered for everyone’s tastes. As we greatly enjoy Turkish food we were delighted with the quality and variety of the various dishes, salads and snacks available. The bar service is excellent, from continual at-sunbed service around the pool to nice drinks in the various bar areas in the evening. All in all, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will book again for next year.

Great personnel and service. Good choice of food, yummy Turkish cousin. Comfy rooms and territory, although the second one is not that big, but very clean.
