“Loved it ! Definitely stay again .”

Had a fantastic stay at Side Su Hotel. The service, location and atmosphere were all excellent. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s only about a 20-minute waterfront walk to the Old Town and ancient ruins, which was one of the highlights of our trip.

Staff is friendly and the location is stunning. There's everything you might need for a relaxed holiday, including excellent food and nice rooms (was staying in a lateral sea view one).

It was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Always sun beds available. Spa was lovely and massage was great value for money.

Everything about this hotel we found really great value and friendly also very clean. Definitely going to return. Highly recommended.

Only ate lunch and breakfast, but both were decent. Staff were friendly and good. Location was really good near the beach, a small strip of bars and restaurants and only a short half hour walk to the old town.

Great location, close to the beach , swimming pools one with a bar free drinks . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good food , every day different things to eat , restaurant on the top of the hotel with beautiful views. October weather still very nice 30’ during a day 20 at night time. The hotel provides entertainment, music , shows. U can’t be bored there . I can recommend the hotel 11 out of 10 . Beds comfy, rooms with good air conditioning, clean but not necessary 5stars rating. In general for the price we paid everything was excellent !!! Me and my 5 girlfriends love it 🥰

“Fabulous”

The hotel, the food, the location and views were amazing. The cleaning staff were fantastic and the staff at the restaurant were beyond amazing. Especially Hassan, he was incredibly kind and attentive. Always with a smile in his face and wiling to help. We are definitely coming back to Side Su hotel next year.

Room: spacious, well lit, big balconies with loungers facing the sea ( if you choose that room category). A lot of storage space and a very spacious bathroom + extremely clean Food: I read some reviews saying there is nothing to eat and I really dont know how is that possible. There is the main restaurant with breathtaking views of the city and the sea where main meals are served. The buffet offers everything you could possibly want- meat, fish, lots of vegetables and fruit and abundance of dessert options. There is also a snack bar (12:30-15:30) if you want to have some snacks (burgers, pizza etc.) Bars and pools: There are 3 bars (+Vitamin bar) and 3 pools- you can get whatever you want from domestic drinks from 10-23 + what I really liked, there are water fridges at several locations in the hotel where you can grab a glass of cold water 24/7. Service: This is maybe something that made our holiday even better- everyone is so friendly and service oriented and as someone working in a hotel I know how challenging that might be at times. There are a couple of people that really go an extra mile to make your holiday special ( the main waitress in the restaurant- I think her name is Pinar), the pool/ lobby barman (name starting with B), everyone at the reception. Summary: For the money you pay, we got much more than expected.

“Uncomfortable”

The bed in our room was terrible, sleeping on the floor would be much comfortable. The restaurant was on the top floor of the hotel. Staff were most likely speaking only german. The whole area was separated into 3 part, each on different level. We attended a live show in the hotel, unfortunately it was unpleasant for our ears, the guy manipulating with the notebook and sound had no common sense. The sound was so loud and he even pushed it much louder for no reason, my ear almost popped, had to leave after a minute or two. Not much vegetarian option, terrible coffee
