Allegria Hotel was a good choice. Family atmosphere, large selection of food which was delicious. Delicious pastries and cakes. Attentive staff, special thanks to Fatih who works in the back bar. The room was cleaned every day and we had all inclusive. We had a great time, thank you for everything🤗☺️

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE The worst hotel i ever see. We booked two rooms from booking.com for 4 days. When we arrived hotel they said that they don't have free room in spite of we payed already for this hotel. After we wait on the lobby for a long time they offered as one family room instead of two rooms. When we arrived to the room we noticed that air conditioner not working and we told it to them. Then they changed our room to another family room. Everywhere was very dirty, food smells very bad. Next day in the morning we arrived to reception and told to the manager whose name is Bayram that we didn't like your hotel and would like to leave your hotel, so please refund money of 3 days. He said that we have fo apply to booking.com for refund. Then we contacted to Booking.com and they said they sent mail to the property and property should confirm it. When we said it to Bayram he said that he already sent confirmation mail and soon our refund will be paid to us by booking.com and we checkout from hotel. After one week when we called booking.com they said that property didn't approve refund. When i called the Bayram he said that he didn't refund the money because we complained the property to the booking.com. After talking with booking.com so long time they told that property only agree to refund money of one day stay. After that one month passed but they haven't refund the money yet and booking.com told that property didn't answer to my their calls and emails. And booking.com didn't help us on this situation

“Excellent hotel, quiet, clean because it is adult only.”
Very tasty food and service, kind and welcoming staff, the beach with fine sand and the sea water is not deep. The beach is a 10 minutes walk away, but they also have a transfer to the beach by minibus for those who want it. The hotel also has 2 own outdoor swimming pools. The hotel has underground parking.

This hotel is not 5 stars hotel. The building required renovation. The hotel location is far from the sea. Not many options of food for "All inclusive" hotel. The staff does not speak English well.
