It was our third visit, previous visits in winter time so was hoping for the same high levels of cleanliness, good food and drinks. It surpassed our expectations. Fantastic, can highly recommend.

Stayed in December in two rooms apartment with sea view. Apartment is warm, cleaned every day, mini bar filled as well with all inclusive. Wifi is strong. Plenty towels, water, bathroom toiletries. Beds are massive and comfy, plenty space. View is amazing, especially you can make coffee in the room and relax on the balcony. The food was good, nice variety every day, even off season just main restaurant opened but it was enough for sure. Cafe by the pool serves nice waffles and coffee all included. Small shops and barber next door, if no car it's handy but otherwise can get better deals in Side or Alanya, even in town we found good few bazar. Cocktails and snacks in main bar very tasty opened all day. Used spa a lot and hammam wonderful experience, booked extra massage with peeling and foam was great. Staff is attentive and friendly, but sometimes you see they are there all day and might be tired or not remembering they met you the day before, kind of same chats everyday which is understandable with such large volume of guests. Some evening they were a bit pushy to participate in karaoke ect.. However every day entertainment was good, live music, bingo, shows. They made us Xmas eve dinner in function room and night shows and live music it was nice. There is outdoor activities, shooting, zumba, table tennis, even kids indoor area. The hotel is great off season but in summer it must be packed especially the other two are open and use their facilities. I would go back again, as they have beach bars, restaurants and more pools and would love to try them out for sure as they open when season starts. The resort is very safe, security at entrance and by the beach, and big car park with attentive reception. The only thing was the electricity was going off for short periods, but I experienced the same in Fethiye few days later. Highly recommend this place, for my first time visit in Turkey it was definitely the highlight for us!

It is a big complex with many hotels with a beach front But in winter time only Selin hotel is opened with indoor activities. Good food and kind staff

At first, when we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t understand why all great reviews and high ratings. The hotel itself and the rooms felt quite dated, with some mold in the bathroom and broken wall dispensers. However, the next morning everything we’d reported was fixed, and overall the room was fine for a short stay. As we started exploring the grounds of the three hotels included in the complex, we became more and more pleased with our choice. The beach is huge and sandy — sometimes it’s hard to find free sunbeds after breakfast, but it’s still possible. There are showers, toilets, and changing rooms right on the beach. The sea is shallow for the first 5–10 meters, but then it gets deeper and better for swimming. For a while, there was a nice floating platform in the sea, like a plastic island, but it got damaged after a storm. The sea at the beginning of October was still warm, with just a slight chill to it. There’s plenty of food available throughout the day in various restaurants around the property. Most are open until 4 p.m., some until 6 p.m., offering snacks. There are two gozleme stands, a couple of coffee spots (with nice coffee and ice cream), and even a Starbucks (for an extra charge). Every evening there are shows, live music, or a disco — all of which are really nice. The spa center is also pleasant, and the Balinese massage was especially impressive. The food at the main restaurant is okay — not amazing, but you can always find something to eat, especially if you love baklava as much as we do. Overall, we left very satisfied with our stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long 10–14 day holiday, but for a week or less, it’s a great value for the price.

An unjustified act of aggression by other hotel guests on the beach completely destroyed the positive impression of our two-week stay at this hotel. In addition to the physical and material damage caused, we were shocked by the indifferent attitude of the hotel management toward our situation. We were not provided with any support or assistance, which we consider unacceptable, especially since we have been regular guests of this hotel for many years.
