“Great for a group”
A very big flat on two floors suitable for a large family or a group of friends. The furniture was trendy and pretty, beds very comfortable. We were also happy to use the washing machine. Free parking came handy. The location was good, close to shops but away from the noise. The gentleman maintaining the houses was very friendly although he spoke no English.

“Özcan and Seyfi are great hosts thank you both very much.”
Large rooms and well furnished two floors property within private, secured and gated. Surrounded with beautiful garden and communal swimming pool. Great service especially from Seyfi always there, he is very friendly, polite and very helpful. Location is perfect… walking distance to food shopping, bakery and 10min by car to antique side, opportunity to big shopping mall! Overall, very nice place to stay and comfortable.

“Best place to live in Manavgat/side”
I loved everything about this place the staff would do everything to accommodate you. I was really impressed that staff had translation app on their phone to understand your language and help you understand theirs aswell. My kids won't come out of the pool they enjoyed it so much. Near to many amazing places like a 10 minutes drive to Nova mall Apollo temple (must visit sunset time) Aqua joy water park A personal space very home like. Will for sure visit again.

“Super friendly staff, great hospitality, lovely pool”
Great people and neighbors. Migros, bakery and great restaurant Bey-Et around the corner. We felt very welcome and felt like being part of the family. Pool times were very flexible. Quiet and nice garden.
