The only thing we liked was the beach bar located at the front and the Italian restaurant which served baked potato and kebab each day. Also, 2 members of staff were lovely to us.

The Waterpark and the food at most of the restaurants was tasty. Allthough at an extra charge we enjoyed the water sports and the staff there.

Right from the day we stepped in to the property until our departure everything was superb. The staff, food, swimming pools, beaches and entertainment were magnificent.

Every thing in kamelya collection was excellent.. The rooms are very clean and comfortable .. staff are friendly, helpful and kind .. The beach is so clean and so save for children .. the sea water is shallow not deep for more than 20 meters .. so children can swim savely in kamelya beach ..

Location was good lot place for walking.

- The main restaurant has fantastic food, in variety and quality. Most of the waiters in the restaurant are unbelievably professional and helpful. - The staff in general are quite helpful and nice, but sometimes they feel the stress of the huge crowds, and stop being helpful. - The beach is wonderful, and there is enough sunbeds for everyone. The sand is nice. - The program every evening in the amphitheater is great for children! - There are professional childcare staff doing a great job with daily programs from 10am to 5pm.

We booked this resort expecting a 5-star experience, but what we actually received was closer to a 2-star nightmare. The food was tasty and diverse – probably the only positive aspect of our stay. ❌ What was unacceptable Staff & Service Staff is poorly trained, rude, and treats guests with arrogance, as if we were staying for free. The porters who brought our luggage refused to leave until we paid them a €20 tip, which felt like blackmail. Rooms & Hygiene Rooms were far below 5-star standards: old, worn-out furniture and dirty windows. The air conditioning did not work on the first day. When they came to “repair” it, the filters were clogged with thick dust – a serious health risk. Towels were extremely worn and thin, giving a sense of poor hygiene. Bed linen was changed only once during the entire week, and only after we complained. We even found ants in the room, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel. Bars & Drinks At every bar in the resort, the queues were extremely long – sometimes you had to wait a very long time just for a drink. Bartenders served guests without care, preparing drinks in a rushed, unfriendly manner. Only cheap local drinks were available – no international brands, no quality options. Even sodas were just from dispensers, far from the standard expected of a 5-star resort. Management’s Attitude I spoke directly with the manager and even showed him photos of the dirty room conditions. He dismissed it as a “separate issue” and insisted that I must pay €1,780 extra. The manager was more concerned with how to take money from me than with solving the problems or offering proper service.

They accommodated us in a completely different room than we paid for. Instead of a Family Suite (which is supposed to have 104-111m2 according to their website, with a living room and 2 bathrooms), we were in a half-sized two-room apartment (stuffed with 6 beds, it was hardly livable), with one bathroom and no living area. Especially having only one bathroom instead of two was a big problem for us, as I was looking for a room specifically because of the 2 bathrooms. Everyone shamelessly lied that a family suite could also be a half room with one bathroom, without a living room, but this is not mentioned anywhere on the website, nor on booking.com. They mention a family room, but that is at a different price - and mainly I did not order that (and I would never have ordered it for this vacation). After 2 days, they accommodated us in the correct family suite, but those first 2 days were very problematic. What bothered me the most was that everyone repeatedly lied that the place where we were initially accommodated was the same category. I would understand if someone apologized - a mistake happened, we are overbooked in this category, and at least offered a refund for something completely different room. That didn't happen, everyone repeatedly lied and it is evident that they do it systematically - they promote family suite 104-110 and then try to lie that in that category there is also a half room with half furnishings (and normally at half the price) - who can stand it has to endure. They are liars and frauds.
