Good location. Friendly staff. Low cost. We had issues with the shower, but they were resolved quickly. Facilities were basic but met our needs. Only ate in for breakfast twice, but the food was nice.

Perfect location, the staff was very helpful and very friendly, a family orientated place. Although my friend and I had no children we really enjoyed the atmosphere, we had an apartment with pool access, basically on our doorstep and 10 mins walk, we are slow walkers, to the beach, a wonderful holiday. Bar and staff are amazing

From the moment we got there till the day we left the staff and Mustafa could not have been more helpful. Location for us was perfect a leisurely stroll to the old town and restaurants and markets nearby.

Friendly, welcoming staff which seems to be Turkish people in general. Walking distance to the beach. Beer (Tuborg gold) was included in the all inclusive.

The hotel consists of 2 parts, each on a different side of the road - my opinion concerns the main part. The hotel is pleasant if you don't expect too much. For this price it is really worth staying in this hotel. The pools are nice, the apartments are comfortable, although very poorly equipped - you have to ask at the reception if something is missing and then they will deliver it to your room. The restaurant serves delicious dishes.

We had a really bad 1st day to out holiday our original hotel was shut down so when we booked this it was last minute the women on reception was really nice gave us the option of rooms on ground floor as we had children with us the staff was really friendly and helpful and was always happy to see us and the kids it was really nice

Nothing in this hotel was likable out of date photos please do not stay at this hotel its not fit for humans and should be shut down on there website it says four stars I wouldn't even give it a star I don't no where to start we arrived on the early hours of 27th of August with 3 young children 2 of which have adhd and autism arrived at hotel to check in and was greeted by a man who did not speak a word of English although apparently the hotel had English speaking staff this was not the case he used Google translater to talk to us he took us to a room that already had guest in then took us to another room 717 on the 4th floor there is no lifts so have to cart all ur luggage up plus double pram on your own we walked in to the room and was a horrific smell the room wasn't made up either if it was just me and my partner we wouldn't of stayed in the room but had to because of the children the pillow was ripped with all the stuffing coming out damp and mold and mildew all in the draws and cupboards that might have explained the horrific smell cupboards door handles falling of no kettle in room balcony door didn't lock the beds were solid would of had a better night sleep sleep8ng on a pavement then the beds ants crawling everywhere in room and was very dirty as well as draw with massive hole in air con was leaking everywhere outside on the balcony that made it extremely slippy plus was also spitting water out in to the room so we stayed the night in that room due to it being 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't get no food for the children or a drink for them as there all inclusive stops at 10 at night so u can't get any drinks or food after this time in the morning I went down to the reception to complain and ask to be moved where I was greeted with a rude women from reception told me to come bak in an hour and made me feel like I was asking for to much so came bak an they moved us to another room that was 504 although this room did not...

Pool was super, and not too busy. Staff were brilliant and very helpful, even got us discounted trips where others were taking bug commissions

Nice and clean swiming pools. Restaurant served diversed and tasty meals. Food was fresh and fulfilled all the time, so even at the end of the serving hours there was a lot of things to choose. Staff was constantly at the spot and very helpful. I liked the great amount of plants all over the outside hotel area. Perfect aircondition. Nice offer of additional activities provided by an animater, especially for kids. Ours vere delighted with a mini disco provided every evening. The quality of services compared with the price was very satisfying.

Everythig was good ! Room was clean and comfortable, the food delicius , and there is lot of space in the garden and on the pool ... Ther is no craud, that is important to mi :) The beach is close and the sataff is nice. Good price. See you next year !
