Beautiful hotel with just the perfect size. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was amazing, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. We also really enjoyed the evening program. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future

“Good experience overall”

The location is near Side centre which is convenient. The hotel is very pretty and the staff are very friendly. Generally this hotel has a lot of older people, just a few families with kids.

“Great all-inclusivity and location, but had a poor customer service experience”

The hotel is modern, well-spaced and in a great location. The views – when accessible – of the ocean and the ancient town of Side were beautiful with lovely walks along the beach front with nice bars, restaurants and shops. The all inclusivity of the resort was one of it’s most sublime feature with 24-hours access to drinks and food with the food being of an extremely high standard, we were extremely impressed with the offerings this resort provided in drinks, food, restaurants and bars, it was all excellent.

Everything from the location, room, food and the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Amazing, fantastic staff. That is why we keep coming back every year. It is like a home away from home.

“Comfortable, quiet, all-season hotel for adults”

Comfortable, modern hotel. Predominantly for adult clients. Top notch meals. A large outdoor pool, a decent size indoor pool - a great advantage compared to most other hotels in the area. Smooth entry into the sea. A good spa. Gym. Yoga classes daily. I decided to prolong my stay at the Acanthus Cennet and will definitely be back another time!

The food in the cafeteria was really good. On the first night of my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting the staff at the Maison restaurant, which made me look forward to the rest of my vacation. I happily recommended the hotel to my friends, but they rarely visited Maison.

“For a winter break, the perfect chill-out!”

Buffet was consistently very good - breakfast, lunch and dinner - a la carte superb! All waiting staff were very attentive, and our waiter in the Safran remembered us from our previous stay! Cocktail bar hugely well stocked and very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is so friendly and d thoughtful and they were amazing with our baby daughter. Food was just a highlight. We can highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely come again.

The hotel offers great services and comfort. Food is excellent and location amazing. It is a class and relaxant place where we will certainly return. We have also appreciated the entertainment program in particular water spinning and yoga. Evening shows were also attractive.

Very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, calm running. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Since we traveled at the end of October, there were probably a bit fewer visitors. As there are no special attractions for children at this hotel, most of the guests were adults. We have nothing against children, but this comment may be helpful to those who looking for a quieter stay or are looking for special activities for children. The staff is friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival, we were greeted at the reception by Sevilay, who was so nice and made us feel welcome. The buffet restaurant is spacious and has enough space for everyone. The food is delicious and there is a choice for every taste. We didn't visit the other restaurants and can't say anything about them. The seaside promenade and Side Old Town are great places for walks. We were very satisfied and will probably come back. This hotel was exactly what we expected from our short vacation.

I stayed at the Acanthus Cennet Side (Barut Collection) and couldn’t have chosen a better place to unwind. The hotel is beautiful and spotless, and the staff are outstanding – genuinely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food in the main restaurant was fresh, delicious, and varied. With the ultra-inclusive option, you can enjoy great food and drinks around the clock. The pool and bar area were lovely, and the evening entertainment added a fun touch without being intrusive. The spa was absolutely wonderful – calm, clean, and relaxing, with a fantastic range of treatments. The massages and facials were top quality and added to the overall sense of switching off completely. There’s also a great range of fitness activities every day, and I have to mention the ice cream fridge – such a brilliant idea! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely return.

Amazing stay. The children said it was the best beach holiday yet. We will be returning to this hotel again. Restaurant is amazing. Well done to all staff, you were amazing. Food is excellent and varied, rooms are very comfortable, little french cafe is a slice of paradise, beach is clean and sandy, bar staff are always quick to serve. Pool is excellent, especially late afternoon. I recommend going to the beach in the morning and the swimming pool in the afternoon. We will be back to this hotel. See you again in 2026
