“Ok for price”
Well, carpets in hall was nasty, looked like hadn’t been vacuum in a year, door handle was broken in bathroom. Door handle to room was loose also.

“A poor experience.”
Room was not cleaned the second day and when we asked why staff said we had to ask to get our room cleaned, which was never told to us upon arrival. I have never been to a hotel where you had to ask for your room to get cleaned. The walls near the shower head were cracking and the tub itself was not clean, we were not given fresh towels our second day because the dryer was broken and staff said towels had to be washed one by one and that we would received towels, but never did. The vent in our bathroom was sweating with water. Walls looked unfinished and cracked. Our room did not have a microwave and we were told to use the break room, which was also dirty and had a roach. When we expressed our concerns during check out the staff said "It wasn't my shift" Very unprofessional and no one was at the front desk when we were leaving because the employees were outside.

HOTEL CLEARLY HAS WATER DAMAMGE AND FILLED WITH MOLD. PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT INSID THE ROOMS NEED ALOT OF UPDATED WORK

I have already contacted the property requesting a refund. The property manager stated we did not have a room due to an interface issue between the hotel and Booking.com. They could not give us a room. We left and did not stay.
