This guest house was incredibly clean and cozy, and the host was extremely kind and friendly. Everything was explained very clearly, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. I needed to arrange luggage forwarding for the next day, and the host spent a lot of time helping me contact the delivery service. I truly really appreciate the help. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes walk to Shingu Station and Lawson. The place is clean and comfortable. You basically have your own private space as there is only one other guest room. The owner was warm, friendly and welcoming. Language barrier isn't a problem thanks to the translation apps. She also runs a small store on the first floor selling manju, unfortunately I didn't get to try as it only opened at 11am.

We were satisfied as soon as we arrived. The owner was sweet and met us with a smile. I accidently lost my watch at the guesthouse, but the owner took time out from her own schedule to drive out

“Extraordinary stay in tiny and cozy guesthouse”

The guesthouse is a short walk from the train station and the bus station. The main temples are about 20-30 minutes by foot from the guesthouse. We were welcomed very nicely from the owner who helped us with all our questions. Communicating with the help of google, my limited Japanese and her limited English did work perfectly. The owner also helped us with sending our luggage to the next destination. The rooms are tidy and the Futons were very soft. The space is limited and the shower may seem a nut small but it worked fine for us. Thank you, we had a great stay!

The host, despite not speaking English, made herself perfectly clear with help of Google translator. Very kind lady who spared all time needed to help and came to say goodbye when I left very early. Very wholesome 😇

The guesthouse was very conventiently located next to Shingu station (about a 3-4 min walk), and the hostess was extremely kind and helpful, even though I spoke no Japanese ! The rooms (with futon bedding) were comfortable and relatively spacious, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller in Japan.

Location was excellent. Shared kitchen, microwave, kettle etc so you can self-cater with food from supermarket (next door). Very comfortable rooms with Japanese style bedding - new build so everything clean and modern. Hostess is lovely and communicates through a language translation app.

“Nice Guesthouse”

The owner is very friendly and tried her best to communicate in simple english. The room is spacious and clean. There is also a living hall with microwave, kettle, etc. The location is superb, 5 minutes walk to the station and big supermarket, a smaller supermarket is just opposite the house.

“Perfect”

The innkeeper is very kind and considerate. The room is on the second floor, very clean,cosy and comfortable, and the cute balcony, decoration and all the electric equipments are new. though small perfectly formed, making me feel at home. The flush toilet is smart, there's a faucet on top of the toilet tank. It well demonstrates the idea of resouces recycling.

Host is very friendly

Undoubtedly, this place was one of the best accommodations I have been. The place is spotless. Seiko is a Super Host. She was very helpful to my request. Getting out of the train station you can turn to the left and after crossing the railway it is a two-minutes walk, there is a mini supermarket just in front of the accommodation and a big supermarket 4 minutes up the main road. The Villa is so adorable, if you have time for a little stroll, you will enjoy it. I strongly recommend it.
