I like my single room. It was clean and located on the main floor. The shower and kitchen were great. Everything was well organized. I even needed a separate pickup to the resort on my last day which Takashi-san accommodated. I highly recommend this place.

Great host and location to go skiing at Tomamu

Owner and staff of the homestay are extremely friendly, helpful and polite! Room was quite small, but there was a place downstairs to leave our snowboards. Common areas were kept neat and clean. Downstairs dining area was a nice place to sit and relax, free coffee and tea. Good showers (always hot water, no lines although homestay was full) Short drive to the ski resort and very good restaurant just 3 min walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Arigato gozaimas.

Takashi and all his staff are happy helpful very good people. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was convenient and there were a couple of great restaurants nearby. The complimentary tea and coffee and assorted selection of low cost grocery items was thoughtful. The accommodation was clean.

Staff was very friendly. The guest house felt kind of quiet, even though other people were there too. There was always a parking spot available. Mt. Tomamu is not far away, which is convenient. There is also a cheap shuttle service available for people who have no car/don't want to drive to the ski resort. Not far away is a great restaurant ("Wamp"), where we had dinner twice.

1) The service is excellent! 2) Spacious area for the guests to rest and relax at the lounge area with either free coffee or tea. Cozy environment. 3) Very Comfortable beds

Expensive & not worth the price paid. No hot water in the toilet on 2nd floor.

Arrived late to get some sleeps the shared room was crowded and noisy . I booked futon room and get single bed room which was uncomfortable. They were people in shared room until 3am and even if they are not noisy with the extremely poor insulation it feels like they are in your room . Improvement need to be done . As could not sleep
