“Convenient location for a comfy stay outside Edmonton”
The location is convenient, close to the event centre and shopping areas. The hotel is well maintained and the complimentary breakfast is good.

“They need to update their hotel on booking.com because there was NO pool like booking.com stated”
When youre paying a lot of money for one night...youd at least expect a clean room. My shower had hair in three different spots. Not one, not two BUT three. On hair was in the tub. One hair was on the shampoo bottle. The last hair was just above the shampoo bottle. I was told I got points to make up for this but did not receive them. I was told the manager would call me on Monday and it is now Thursday.

“Amazing value for a fantastic stay!”
Beautiful room, very comfortable, absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub, great water pressure in the shower as well. Wonderful breakfast options and GOOD coffee! I do not say that often with hotel stays! Fast wifi and incredibly warm and friendly staff. I will definitely book back here for our next visit!

The shower was the best I've ever had in a Hotel with ridiculously good water pressure. Holiday Inns have both soft and firm pillows on each bed. The included breakfast at all Holiday Inns are really good with both hot and cold food items. There is something for everyone. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable. This Hotel is clean, safe, and quiet.
