Very impressed with everything about this hotel. Beds and linens were great, pool/hotub/gym facilities were top notch. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. Great food selection and the atmosphere of the breakfast area was very lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Always fresh no matter what time we ate at. Front desk staff on arrival we super friendly and greeted our pup with treats and offer of a pet bed.

The location was well suited to our needs.

The room is spacious and clean. The free breakfast is much better than average. There is a pond just behind the building with lots of goose, nice to walk around.

“Bad location, bad personal, dirty bathroom”

Charlotte and her colleague were not happy to see us. I’d say unhappy. Our bathroom seems never cleaned after previous guests.

Location of the hotel was awesome, it's located on a little pond with tons of bird action. Traveling with a dog can be difficult but I found this place to be incredibly accommodating. They gave us a room located right beside the side door which made it easy for bathroom breaks outside. The front desk staff also provided us with some dog treats on arrival. The room was very comfortable and was outfitted with lots of little human comforts in mind. Definately would stay again!

Super friendly front end staff. Very nice , convenient location for our Sherwood park event the next morning, great parking access , easy to access hotel from Hwy 16. Very impressed with free breakfast (choice/ quantity. ) Attached Polo restaurant served us a nice evening meal. I strongly recommend the Sticky toffee pudding for dessert!! I would surely stay there again in the future.
