“I arrived late after a long drive, room and bed were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.”
It was quiet and all I needed for the one night stay I was there. Staff were exhausted from an earlier event but still very good and professional with me. Kudos to both evening and morning front desk staff. I asked for a late check in so I could sleep in and it was granted. I was able to go to the breakfast room to get what I needed them go back to sleep. I would and have already recommended the hotel to friends.

“Never again..”
Room was not clean, and updates are needed for sure. AC woke us up as it was obnoxiously loud. There was no extra toilet paper stocked anywhere, no extra stock of anything in the room really.

“plain hotel hard to find and not much to get excited about”
breakfast was very low compared to other hotels not very hot for food that was suppose to be hot and not much to choose from as well

“Reasonable amenities but would look elsewhere unless complementary breakfast AND pool are needed.”
Easy to access and off of the main roads so noise during the nights is limited, beds and pillows were comfortable, good shower pressure. Check-in process was very quick and front desk staff were friendly. Climate control in the room was effective.

More than 2 cups. Would have liked cups for drinking water, More than 1 face cloth. Both of us had to share the face cloth. A box of tissues would have bee nice too, Had to use toilet paper.
