“Not happy”
Booked and confirmed but 2 days before arrival was told our booking was cancelled. Was offered other accommodation at same price and was WRONGLY advised that the location was about 5 minutes away from the original booking - this was in fact in a new housing estate -17mins further out of town - with no facilities available within walking distance !!! I feel that I need compensation for a: inconvenience and stress of relocation for houseguests & b: terrible location.
