The hotel made a great first impression with its magnificent lobby and stunning panoramic views over Shenzhen. The service was excellent from check-in to departure, with every team member being professional and attentive. A special mention goes to Michael at the reception, who kindly helped organize a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday, making our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes.

The views and the incredible breakfast, this was the most varied we have ever experienced. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool area was also luxurious.

The staff were lovely, especially Dylan from The Social. Josie from the Drawing Room was also super friendly. Food was amazing, we had buffet breakfast but also ordered a la carte for dinner one of the nights.
