My friend and I booked an 8 night stay to celebrate our big birthday's together, as a treat. We stayed in a King Superior Suite, with access to the Executive lounge. From the time of check in with Cynthia (who is a true asset to the hotel. Her attentiveness, kindness and professionalism is what truly stood out as the shining feature of the hotel). The hotel, rooms, swimming pool and fitness centre are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and every staff member is trained to meet the high standards of the hotel. Thank you for making our time in Shenzhen so amazing!

“The Langham, Shenzhen - Jewel of Futian”
The Langham ranks as one of our top hotel stays in all our travels. Location is excellent, close to everywhere you want to go, as it is connected to a mall. What stood out the most was the Langham's pure service and hospitality. Outstanding. It was a birthday trip for my wife, so we had flowers strewn across the bed. Porter services were excellent, ferrying our bags and golf equipment promptly. Cheerful staff, helpful whenever we needed a hand, and even helped to sort and deliver our Taobao parcels to our room. Given an unlimited budget, I'd live here.

“I'll never forget the lovely smell of flowers in the lobby”
I honestly can't think of anything else but the smell of fresh flowers as you enter the hotel. It's an experiance. It's probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff were absolutely amazing. Can't recommend it high enough.

“Comfortable and Clean”
My stay at the Langham was exceptional. This property is one of my favourite hotels in China and if I ever find myself in Shenzhen again I will be sure to rebook this location. When I was conducting research on the hotel one of my primary concerns was the location but upon reflection I think that the location is absolutely fine. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful.
