It was very hard to find. Nearly impossible. The addresses (especially to a foreigner) make little sense. The online staff was helpfull but not actually in the property themselves. The check-in was very functional however, the staff was a bit cold. Also I my room smelt strongly like it had been smoked in, even though there was clearly a no smoking sign.
