1) Location Located 2min walk from train station. Next to electronics mall. 2) Staff Staff in housekeeping and front desk provide good service. They are very helpful. 3) View No need to ask for high floor as hotel starts from Level 23 and above. Pretty decent view and even in elevator you get the views. 4) FIFA World Cup Free live telecast in breakfast venue. 5) Spacious Room Size Very comfortable stay with good room size 6) Food Free supper —2 options avail (not the most fantastic tasting but the fact that they offer it free is good enough) Breakfast wise there is a good spread with daily change in menu (substantial change). Effort is commendable.

“A great base for our Shenzhen visit”

The hotel is located in a great district, just next to the Huaqiang Electronics World mall (for your electronics shopping fix). The metro exit is just in front of the hotel, so it’s easy to get to other parts of the city, although we mainly relied on the Didi app to get around. I’d especially like to commend Mr Johnathan at the front desk who so warmly welcomed us and offered great recommendations of places to check out in Shenzhen. He also kindly helped to arrange the smooth transport to our next hotel in Hong Kong, which made things easier for my elderly parents.

Location very good

I am incredibly particular when it comes to choosing a hotel. For me, top-tier sleep quality, spacious and airy rooms, and a truly luxury ambiance are non-negotiable, and I rarely recommend a property to others. However, the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel completely blew me away—it has absolutely everything you could possibly think of. The rooms are remarkably grand, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect sanctuary for a peaceful and high-quality night's sleep. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. I am deeply grateful to the staff for their flawless hospitality and attentive care throughout my stay. Everything here was so perfectly executed that I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are visiting Shenzhen, do not miss the chance to stay at the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel!

Excellent location and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many varieties and tasted delicious. Thank you to the housekeeper, Lulu who kept our rooms clean and tidy, and she even gave cute disposable slippers and snacks to our kids.

The hotel is centrally situated in Huaqiaung near the electronic mall. The room size is adequate and well-maintained. The housekeeping is done nicely. The staff speaks and understands workable english and are always ready to go the extra mile.

Excellent location right next to Huaqiangbai, and easy access to multiple metro lines. Our room had a fantastic view from the 28th floor, it was large with 2 double beds (for three grownups), always clean and with all the expected facilities such as free supply of water bottles and the usual tea/coffee. Breakfast was also good. The guest service was also excellent, special thanks to Beta. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish to come back soon!
