3 mins ride away from ski park, clean and spacious room! The Hot shower was fantastic! Wide varieties of food for Breakfast to start our day! We also brought our kids to the indoor swimming pool, was great fun!

I am throughly impressed with this hotel. Room is modern, well-designed and feels very new, and really caters to the comfort and needs of the guests. Hotel services are top-notch and you can sense the pride every employee feels working here, from the front desk staff to the bellboys, the shuttle van drivers and the service staff at the restaurants. Special mention to Fairy from front desk who was so efficient and helpful in checking me in and Sally Xie from the executive lounge who provides impeccable service and makes excellent food and drinks selections, and even prepares a wonderful cocktail. The lounge itself is in a class of its own, be it in decor, food selection or service quality. And the shuttle service to the Huafa Snow World is such a gem, not just because it makes getting to and from the ski resort so easy, but also because of the service attitude, punctuality and professionalism of the drivers.

“Horrible Experience! Was Charged a HIGH Deposit which was returned few days after my stay was done!”

I was charged a DEPOSIT of 3000CNY which was an issue for me because this was a very high amount compared to the booking total amount which was 1700CNY. This created problems for me as I had to wait for few more days after my stay was over to receive the funds back! It is not mentioned anywhere I had to give such a high deposit and it would take so much time to return back! If I knew this was the case earlier I would have booked my stay elsewhere.

Stayed for a 2 day "ski trip" at the indoor ski centre. Hotel perfect location for this kind of trip. They have a shuttle bus to to ski area from the hotel and back. Good breakfast options. Comfortable room. Also have a Stop at the hotel for Coach to Hong Kong (multiple HKG destinations), very convenient.

Great location, short distance to Huafa indoor ski. It is a very good business hotel for those going for exhibitions for business visits to nearby offices. Highlight is the breakfast! Fantastic spread and many options to choose from.

“Nice rooms and breakfast but disappointing swimming pool”

The twin room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a TV with plenty of English films. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide range to try, including western and Chinese food. The gym is large and well equipped. Staff are helpful.
