This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. When we arrived, there were already noticeable stains (that looked like footprints) on the living room carpet. We took photos as evidence when we moved in. Despite this, the agent still passed on a $350 cleaning charge to us. I disputed the charge and provided the evidence, but they never responded. I would not recommend this property at all—they just rip you off. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable,you won’t have a good sleep

“Picture perfect house and location. Bins were disappointing!!!”
The house and location was amazing. The family had a lovely get away together. We were walking distance to everything. The house was very entertaining and we really didn't have to go anywhere. We would like to visit again.

“Nice large house, beautiful location, disappointing it was not properly cleaned before our stay.”
The house was a generous size, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Lots of space both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs area was very popular, with a full-size pool table, ping pong table, dart board, huge TV, and access to outdoors. This was our favourite spot. Very close to the beach, lovely listening to the ocean waves at night time. Good choice of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent house, fully stocked with great facilities. House was clean and comfortable with lots of entertainment options, which were well looked after. Great for family holidays or multiple couples with or without kids. Lastly, the best part, the view was exceptional from multiple rooms and very close to Shellharbour main strip
