“Disappointed”
Pros: Customer Service: Despite not having a 24-hour front desk, management successfully accommodated my late arrival and arranged an easy key pickup. Location: Situated in Shediac, one of the premier tourist destinations in NB. Newer Facilities: The modernized section of the hotel appears to offer excellent, first-class rooms.

“Not what was presented at booking.”
Not handicap or easy access. Lots of stairs even after we specified easy access. No rail on stairs. Restaurant not open for breakfast even after we asked specifically if they were open. Doors to building were heavy . We notified that 3 senior ladies were booking the room. We feel we were misled. Room was fine .

Convenient and close to things The bed is fairly comfortable. Happy it was manageable and available compared to others.
