“We liked very much stay here with our son”

All was good: food, service, rooms, plage, piscines, kids zone. Alcohol was very good, because in the morning you don’t have a headache) The food was very tasty When you put outside of the door “to clean your room” they cleans it after 10 min. The pool was very clean and with good temperature. The kid’s zone was clean and close for the kids All were just perfect. Thank’s to Eslam for his attention and his understanding. He was helping to us many times.

“I quite liked it”

It is a nice property, on the smaller side compared to others, but big for western standards. So many improvements vs the past, as I went through hundreds of past reviews before I went, and I was prepared for anything. From what I read and it has changed: water is now free and at will, nobody is asking for tips, rooms can be without mosquitoes, staff is always nice, smiling and ready to help. I personally like the smaller type resorts, they are more personable. The resort offers a rather smaller variety of food, but I didn’t go to gain weight, they always had salads and barbecue, chicken, turkey, kurta meat, one time sea food, and beef. Always deserts, 1-2 fruits, always pancakes or gofre. Can’t comment on alcohol offer as I don’t drink much, a couple of times I had a pink cocktail made from Fanta type soda, rum and a red sirop, it was good. Rooms are not that big, bathrooms same, hot water is a bit difficult to stabilize. But the matresses and pillows are comfortable and that very important. The fridge unfortunatelly freezes, i wanted to buy fruits but once you cut them, you either eat them that day or you throw them away. The front desk staff are amazing, really helpful and nice, and I really appreciated them always having dollar bills available to break larger bills, otherwise it is a pain. The resort is 2 usd away from city center and the bazaar, 2 usd away from Farsha cafe where we fell in love with Temple beach, so fun. It is very conveniently located and it offers free access and free shuttle to 1 beach, also called Temple, and free shuttle to another paid beach. The animation team is awesome, so fun. I really appreciated that they were really trying to keep people engaged and they were conducting their activities even if there were only 1-2 people participating, or 1-2 kids present. There is a residential size pool that is heated, it was very good the first week when temperature wasn’t so high. And it is very plesant for small kids.

Nice hotel in an easy location. Has everything you need, breakfast lunch and dinner inclusive with activities available also such as yoga, dance classes. Pool on site with a bar. Also there is a bus that takes you too and from the local beaches. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mohammad and Islam
