“Small Hotel with absolutely friendly stuff, recommended!”

The Hotel is small, but fine. Especially the stuff is extremely friendly and care about every wish! Pool is very good and not crowded, for beach you can take the complimentary Bus. Supermarkt is not far away, all fine!

Why the price of a reservation with all inclusive service Is cheaper than my reservation with only breakfast? I book a room for 3 nights from 30 december tò 2 jenuary and i paid 270 euro with breakfast included. The same room with all inclusive service for the same days was 170 euro.

Location of hotel is near to plenty of places in hadabah and old town. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

“Great Reception Man - Hotel let down by management/organisation/food variety.”

Reception Man - Super friendly, asset to the hotel. It made the experience more enjoyable, he was the best thing about the hotel. Food was tasty, room was clean. Young waiters look as if they're working hard, so top work by them too.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel/resort is nice. Rooms are well furnished. Cleanliness is just OK. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to the beach 3 times a day. 24 hour reception. They also allow me to keep the room and check out late (3pm) for free. There is a fridge in the room.

“Cheap and cheerful”

The staff are what make this place. Everyone, but three special mentions; the tall guy in the restaurant who brought me coffee and boiled eggs with a flower nearly every morning and made sure I was able to eat what was on offer (I am allergic to peppers) and the animation guy who took me out dancing even though it was only me that wanted to go, talked to me when I was feeling homesick and made sure I was safe when I went out for my night time smoke. It was like having my son with me and I feel deeply saddened that he got into trouble for being kind and looking out for me. And the guys in reception, they were brilliant. So friendly and cheerful and always ready to help solve my problems. The tours they sorted out for me were exceptional too. Everyone works hard at this place and deserves to be praised. The staff all deserve a 5-star rating. The pool area was nice, the gardens are well kept. Although the pool was a little too cold for me. My room was large and spacious and I had the best-positioned unit in the complex, with ample wardrobe space and seating area and direct access to the pool and bar area. The shower worked. The aircon worked. Wifi worked well in my room too. Certain foods were okay, the fruit, the chargrilled meats, some of the salad, and the pastries at breakfast. I did ask for boiled eggs for breakfast as there was not much that I could eat due to allergies, which they happily provided for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, based on the friendliness of the staff alone.

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows, nice pool area, always hot water for a shower. Nice traditional feeling to the whole hotel, egyptian style.
