I enjoyed all the meals served in the main restaurant. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and offered a good variety of options throughout my stay. The beach for its cleanliness and beautiful views. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they provided us with an exceptional complimentary dinner during our stay, which made the experience more enjoyable.

Everything thing is great, the hospitality and infrastructure are so good. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Moussa Sherif he was trying to do everything to make us enjoy the vacation, he upgraded our room to sea view and gave us late checkout.

The welcoming team Mr. MOUSSA Sherif was great from the time of my reservation from lebanon by phone till i arrive to the hotel, the stay was amazing confortable very welcoming suportive and helpful, the rooms are big very beautiful view to the beach as paradise, the hotel is in great location in nabaq 7 minutes to airport very near out you can find shops a lot of shoping places enjoying relaxing and shoping great place for vacation even they have a tour office to facilitate the trips as safari/ boat trips / old souk everything, amazing breakfast full of options very friendly peoples around you, i re thank Mr. MOUSSA SHERIF and for sure i will visit this place again ... and for sure i will not forget Mr. YOUSSEF AHMED for his smily face and for his assistant ....

I had a really great experience at Grand Plaza. The hotel atmosphere was amazing, the food was very good, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mousa at the reception for his professionalism, kindness, and the way he made everything easy and comfortable for us from the first moment. Also, a big thank you to all the waiters and restaurant staff for their excellent service, positive attitude, and constant care for the guests.

Все прекрасно! Очень зелёная ухоженная большая территория. Еда на кухне вкусная и разнообразная. Пляж на территории на пять баллов из пяти. Персонал дружелюбный и ответственный. На территории отеля персонал разговаривает на русском, итальянском, английском. Выражаем особенно благодарность менеджеру отеля Магет за гостеприимство и отзывчивость.

Location was on the beach and close by for excursions and the markets. Staff were fantastic here, Moussa Sherif had been amazing since we arrived at the hotel, checking on us the entire stay and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect, pool staff were also amazing, always getting towels and beds ready through the day. Room cleaning staff also great, love the towel art every morning. Overall a very pleasant stay, would return again.

Everything was very good. Location, room, staff service, food, staff assistance, Mr Emad Mohamed at the restaurant is always very helpful and smiling all the time...keep it up. Chef Muhammad from the kitchen spoling us with fresh desserts... Mr Maged Talaat is always checking up on us... And spoiling us with special ala cart dinner ,Shukran thank you Mr Sherif Maher sending fruit platters to our room Shukran thank you. Thank you for upgrading our room to junior suite sea facing....we had an excellent stay....we will be back insha'Allah...
