The resort is clean and the staff is really kind. I thank the cleaning team specially in the name of Ahmed Abdel Azim, he was very kind and nice, he left some surprises for us.

Hi Team, This is to let you know that we have had a terrible experience at this resort. After a long 10 hours journey we reached here only to find out that the rooms we booked and rooms they gave us were completely different They looked nothing like the picture. We had booked the hotel rooms and the resort gave us old villa rooms. Not only the rooms were dirty and rusty, but they also had pee smell in all rooms. We requested them to show us other rooms which were smelly and dirty too. We asked them to shift us in Hotel room which we had actually booked. But they denied our request saying its sold out. Which was obviously a lie.We were 4 girls and had no other choice than to stay in that dirty, smelly room. We have been using booking.com for almost all our trips and have never had such experience.

Very friendly and efficient personnel The complex offers everything one needs, but it dien't feel extremely full as the swimming pools are dispersed across the hotel. Food was also good

First, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ehab for doing his best to fulfill our requests upon our arrival and for resolving everything we needed so quickly. Room: We were upgraded to a recently renovated 2 bedroom suite, which was much more spacious, and with v good working lfacilities. Hotel facilities: Overall, the resort and hotel services have improved compared to our last visit. Well done!" Food: Most of the concerns we had during our last stay have been resolved, except for the appetizers, which still seem more catered to Russian tastes — but it was no big deal. The main highlights in terms of variety and taste were the fruits, desserts, yogurt, chicken, and meat Restaurant: The hotel was quite full during our stay, but the restaurant staff — including the waiters and those responsible for clearing plates, resetting tables, and adding cutlery — did their best to accommodate the large number of guests. Longer walks: This resort is perfect if you enjoy taking longer walks. They also offer a shuttle bus service if needed.
