From the moment we arrived, the level of professionalism and hospitality was exceptional. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Mr. Marwan Waked (Rooms Division Manager), whose leadership and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. He generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade, arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, and ensured that every aspect of our visit was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and proactive support made our vacation not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. The service quality across all departments was consistently excellent. Alive, thriving, and accessible right from the hotel. Perfect for calm snorkeling without needing to travel anywhere. They open the reef earlier than most other hotels in the area. Bottom Line If you are looking for a brand-new resort with modern technologies, this may not be your top pick.

Marwan the manager was very good and looked after us. It is budget hotel not high end and it does become obvious with food options etc . Overall satisfactory. Lots of Russians go there, we did not have any particular issue but as said the manager Marwan did look after us and if it was not for him, I would have rated lower

Quality of service excellent, Mr Marwan is very attractive to each guest, he solves all requests in few minutes , Transfers from/ to airport were arranged for free and we were very surprised by lunch boxes that were organized by him as well , special.thanks to him. The hotel itself is good arranged with entertainment programs for adults and children as well. What is most important there is Doctor's office for any cases. Swimming pools, gardens and aqua parks are very good arranged for yang, old or even disabled people. Overall , the concept of the hotel is good

Great place, spacious and comfy rooms, friendly and professional staff, just ask chefs for dinner events or special requests. Lots of popola and nice barrier reef. I highly recomment this structure and we’ll most probably come back next year :-)

Foods are nice. Lots of pools for every age. People are so kind. Room are clean. At sea you can see Lots of different fishes. This was our second time. So much entertainment all day

Mr.marawan met us at the reception and booked 2 tables for us and served us a fresh juice then upgrade us to rehana royal beach resort for free and booked a very special family room and treat us as a VIP with a special bracelet beside the beach and all the swimming pools which was a fantastic, and help me to organise any trip outside the hotel,,mr ahmed supervisor at the reception was very kind and take care of everything Mr halwany was very kind too and booked all the a la cart restaurants for us and we have a free cake for our anniversary We found him all the time check everything in the restaurants and ask us everytime if we need anything All the staff very kind and nice and caring for everyone The service was very good The hotel was more than clean they have a very good house keeping too All the hotel is very clean

There was wide variety of food and beverage including freshly baked bread and pies, grilled Kofta and fish, eastern dessert. Many thanks to Mr Marwan, he welcomed us upon arrival and throughout our stay. Thanks to chef Mahmoud and his colleagues at the restaurant. Thanks to Mubarak, Maha and their colleagues from the Spa. Thanks to the entertainment team; we had fun at the pool doing stretching exercise and late evening music and dance. Finally, big thanks to the room service.
