Staff. The staff were outstanding. Every request and special wish was handled quickly and efficiently, whether it was an extra bed, an iron, replacement room key cards, or a late check-out. Both the reception team and the housekeeping staff were always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. The hotel grounds were constantly being cleaned and maintained. Food. The dining experience was very well organized. There are plenty of restaurants, numerous food stations, and enough tables to accommodate everyone. Used tables are cleared almost immediately after guests leave. I would especially like to mention the quality of the food. It was delicious, varied, and catered to the diverse nationalities of the guests. As someone who enjoys soups, I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic, well-made borsch, solyanka, mushroom soup among the daily options. Facilities. My first impression was mixed: the hotel is not brand new and does show some signs of age. However, it is clear that considerable effort goes into keeping everything clean, functional, and well maintained. During our stay, two new restaurants were officially opened with a special entertainment program. There are numerous swimming pools for guests of all ages. The main aqua park is modest by modern standards but offers enough attractions to keep both children and adults entertained. There is also a separate aqua park designed specifically for children. Room. The room was adequate and comfortable. The TV, plumbing, and air conditioning all worked properly. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy, suggesting that it is not the newest model. Sea and Beach. The beach is sandy and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. However, relatively few people use them because the water remains extremely shallow for about 300 meters from the shore—even at high tide, the depth is only around knee level. We had a wonderful family holiday at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna in Sharm El Sheikh. The cleanliness of the hotel, the quality and variety of the food, the pools, the aquapark, and the beach facilities all exceeded our expectations. Despite being a very large resort, everything was well organized and professionally managed. I would especially like to thank a few members of the staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Anastasia approached us by the pool when we were having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and quickly solved the problem. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Ahmed at the reception was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the day we left. He welcomed us warmly, assisted us whenever needed, and made sure our departure was just as pleasant as our arrival. Special thanks also go to Chef Karem Hatem from the Oriental Restaurant. His delicious food, warm smile, and friendly presentation made every meal a pleasure. Nader Badawy, one of the waiters, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every time we had a meal, he took great care of us and always made sure everything was perfect. In fact, every member of the staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They made us feel at home rather than simply being hotel guests. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. If we return to Sharm El Sheikh in the future, Pickalbatros Royal Moderna will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.

“It’s great but be careful”

Everything was amazing, you have everything you need from great food, to snorkelling, to bikes. Food is great with a lot of varieties and very kind staff all the way from Yousef in reception, Moatassem in restaurant who come and clean with big smile as well as Essam who was kindly helping us to find tables.. Staff is amazing and pool, activities and beach all are great, we have really enjoyed everything and would love to comeback as its very family friendly mostly

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the wonderfull hotel and I would like to thank the entire team for making my vacation so special. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. The activities were enjoyable and well organized, and the animation team was outstanding, always energetic, friendly, and making sure that guests had a great time. The reception staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived until my departure. This was truly the most memorable experience I have had in Sharm El Sheikh, and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided

“A must come back”

The staff are incredibly helpful, special thanks to Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Zakaria in the reception. They made our life easy and found my precious glasses after I lost it at the beach. The food is good, the pool is great and the kids had so much fun, the snorkeling on the shore was awesome, even the fish was friendly. The animation team is fun.

The hotel is excellent and very clean. I have a son who has a gluten allergy, and the hotel provided gluten-free options, including cakes and food.

We had a wonderful one-week holiday at Pickalbatros Hotel. The quality of the rooms and food, the 500-meter pier, and the underwater world of the Red Sea truly amazed us. When we went for a massage, my wife accidentally lost her necklace. Reservation manager Mr. Ahmed and security manager Mohammed Ahmed were extremely helpful and attentive, and the necklace was found within 30 minutes. We sincerely thank them for their professionalism and support. When I come to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will definitely choose Pickalbatros once more.
