Absolutely loved it from the minute one to the last, check in was very easy and smooth. Gentleman on rception was very polite and helpful. Rooms was very specious and clean. Room service was great, our cleaning guy was so good and very imaginative with the bed making and stuff.Amazing city and amazing hotel.

This was my third stay at Pickalbatros Palace Resort, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. The resort offers an excellent combination of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is varied and delicious, and the facilities are well maintained. The pools, beach, and entertainment activities provide a wonderful experience for guests of all ages. What truly makes this resort special is the professional and friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, making every stay enjoyable and memorable. After visiting for the third time, I can confidently say that Pickalbatros Palace Resort remains one of my favorite destinations, and I look forward to returning again in the future. We had a wonderful family vacation at this resort. The property is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A huge thank you to all the staff, from the waiters to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly kind and professional. A special thanks to Culina restaurant’s staff, especially Azouz, who was so friendly with my son and very professional with us, always making us feel completely at ease.

Great hotel. very large, plenty of different restaurants to choose from and good quality food. Rooms were spotless. Plenty of sun beds at the beach or numerous pools to choose from. A good pier to go out snorkelling - big thanks to guys in the gym - they were helpful..

The service and cleanliness at this hotel is immaculate. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. We were assigned to Mohmed when we got to reception. Mohmed gave us excellent service. He made sure we had a wonderful experience. Next time I come, I will ask for Mohmed before I return. I will also like to thank the staff working at the lobby bar who are Mostafa Ramadan and Khalid Walid. They gave us excellent service. They made sure as soon as we came to the lobby bar, they provided us with whatever we needed. Coffees and drinks. The service of the staff at this hotel is what makes this place a 5 star resort. I highly recommend coming to this resort if you come for holiday in Sharm.

We stayed at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh for a week and truly enjoyed our vacation. The family room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for all of us. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The children really enjoyed the facilities and activities, which were available at convenient hours for families. It made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing vacation in Sharm El Sheikh.

The staff is very friendly and generally the atmosphere is relaxing. Thanks to animation team for organising bachata lessons, I enjoyed a lot. Sometimes Mohammed made us towel figures

The food, the cleanliness , the extremely friendly staff especially Mr Mohamed Soliman he fulfilled all our needs.

“Great family vacation”

The room was very spacious and clean. The food was on typical Egypt standard which is not too great but not too bad either. Overall it was a great experience and the coral reef at the hotel was definetly the highlight.

The experience was average. It was not as described. The lifeguard was very aggressive, and the staff were not very welcoming. After almost every order, they would speak a few words in Arabic, which felt uncomfortable.
