Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was top-notch, and the entire resort had an amazing atmosphere. We loved every moment of our stay.💛🌴

“Not worth the money”

Ita not a true 5* hotel.. 3/4 maximum.. there was almost no animation during the day and when there was is was everything for kids.. the animation team are kids.. many of the waiters are always asking for money.. the 24h full inclusive its just not true.. because from 0:00 till the breakfast the is only the main reception bar open were the food is ONLY cookies!! If you are in a queue to something in the buffet and is your turn at the exactly time the buffet closes they just recuse to feed you!! The lunchtime food its for kids.. chicken nuggets, fries, hotdogs etc.. they use very small glasses everywhere to force you to not go to the bar many times as you will be far away from it.. and if you ask for bigger glasses they just give escuses.. BUT if you ask(and give money) one of the fewwwww staff that are outside serving they bring you bigger glasses!! In the beach there is 1 security man that well its there just to be seen because all day there was people from outside the resort asking for money and trying to sell stuff.. not be going back..

The stay was amazing especially MR. Hussien Sabri was really supportive. He checked on daily to provide us with the comfortable stay. The rooms were crystal clean and food was great as well. Thank yoy Mr Hussien for the superb stay.

Well organized hotel, all common areas, restaurants, pools, beach are very clean. Room is daily cleaned and decorated. Special thanks to all stuff. We can watch the corals and fishes at the sea . There are many pools everwhere. There are variety of foods at different reataurants. We enjoyed so much and surely come again.

It is a very nice beachfront resort with beautiful sea views. The property is new, well maintained, and very clean. It features an excellent aqua park, multiple swimming pools, and spacious grounds, making it a good all inclusive resort choice. The customer service was one of the highlights of the stay. The guest relations team was genuinely attentive and proactive, communicating with me via WhatsApp almost twice daily to check on my experience, gather feedback, and ensure that all my needs were met. Their responses were consistently prompt and helpful. At check-in, I had requested three nearby bungalows for my family. Although this was not possible due to limited availability, the team went the extra mile by offering several complimentary upgrade options to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. In addition, they kindly accommodated a late check-out upon my request, which was greatly appreciated and made our departure much more convenient..

My stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Resort was absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived until the day I left. I would especially like to thank Mr. Nabil Youssef and Mr. Ahmed Homos at the reception for their exceptional hospitality, warm welcome, and continuous support throughout my stay. Whenever I had any inquiry or needed assistance, they were always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They made my experience even more special and memorable. The resort offers a wonderful variety of food and beverages across all restaurants and bars, with excellent quality and plenty of options for everyone. Everything was well organized, clean, and enjoyable. The internet connection was also excellent — fast, stable, and available throughout the resort, which made the stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best destinations you can choose in Sharm El Sheikh. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation experience. I will definitely come back again.
