The staff were amazing , place so big , clean and nice since my check in everyone was so welcoming especially Mr Ghalley from reception …. had a wonderful stay at this resort and would happily return. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, while the food offered plenty of variety and quality throughout our stay. The pools, beach, and resort facilities were excellent, making it easy to relax and enjoy every day. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. Family orientated, the manager was great, we came with an issue from booking.com that was nothing to do with the hotel. Muhamed Salim helped us and upgraded our room to pool view.
