The service was really exceptional and the best of the whole experience! The apartment was perfect for a family of 4, Hussein made sure we were well comfortable and picked us up at the airport- he even went out of his way to get us croissants for the kids. The service of all the staff at the hotel was incredible, especially the service of the staff at Luna pool- they went above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and even out a towel on the floor to ensure my baby doesn’t crawl on the floor. So thoughtful! The hotel facilities were great, the house reefs were beautiful, the buggie drivers were all wonderful and so kind to my son who wanted to drive. The two heated pools are perfect for families and kids, it is a nice touch to provide free water by the pool. We all had a wonderful holiday, my son is already asking when we can go back.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh in one of the residential villas/chalets and it was an exceptional experience. What we loved most was the space and privacy. The villa felt like a home away from home, with generous living areas, a beautiful outdoor space, and a private pool that made it perfect for relaxing in peace. The views of the Red Sea were stunning, especially at sunset. The service was outstanding throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always on hand without being intrusive, which really elevated the whole stay. We also received excellent communication from the host, who arranged airport pick-up and was very responsive throughout. When we wanted to extend our stay by an extra night, he kindly offered us a discounted rate, which was a lovely gesture and showed great customer service. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, multiple pools, and direct access to a stunning beach with clear water and amazing snorkelling. There were plenty of dining options, all offering high-quality food and a great atmosphere. The spa facilities were another highlight, with a sauna, steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi — perfect for unwinding and adding to the overall relaxing experience.

Gorgeous Villa, loads of space, immaculate throughout. Located close to reception so getting around the resort was really easy. Four Seasons was stunning, the reef is beautiful

We absolutely liked staying in Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, the territory of the hotel is very big, plenty of pools, two beaches, very attentive personnel, fresh and nicely cooked food in all restaurants, we got a lot of attention in good sense, we had Hussien as a manager supporting us throughout our stay, he arranged our transfers, incredible private tour to Cairo and Giza, we had great memories about this stay. Well done, Four Seasons team, well done, thank you.

Accommodation within spectacular grounds with a sea view. Hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Amazing snorkelling onsite and good access to sun loungers. Good variety of restaurants at the resort serving delicious food. Very easy airport transfers arranged through host.

Everything. The private Villa felt like home and the family loved the pool and the large size of this villa. The host was lovely and very helpful. There was everything you need, even the kitchen had all the cookware needed. The host left some fruits and plenty of water. We didn’t have to worry about anything because everything was available and the host would get us what we needed. Also the staff at four seasons were amazing; very quick to respond and very happy to help out. This whole family holiday experience deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!!
