“Best vacation ever! THANK YOU!”

One of the best stays and vacations we've ever had! We only wish we could have stayed longer, which is why we're already planning to come back. What truly won our hearts was the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. A special thank you to Emad, who took excellent care of our room. He cleaned it more than once a day, and we truly appreciated his attention to detail every time. He always surprised us with thoughtful gifts such as chocolates or fresh fruit, which made our stay even more special. Thank you so much, Emad! We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mohamed and Abdullah for all their help during our stay. Your kindness and support made our vacation truly memorable. Thank you all for making this one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had. We can't wait to return!!

Very nice hotel with good beach

“Impressive”

It was like a town - with shops, a clinic, many restaurants and a beach. You don’t need to leave from there. Loads of choice in the buffet. The sea was great - corals and beautiful fish - most people choose to be in the pool which means the beach is not as packed as you expect. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly

Most of the staff were really good. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The dive centre was very good. The house reef was beautiful.

Excellent food, great beach with easy sea access even for toddlers. Superb staff and cleaning standards. Food choices are slightly geared towards a British palate, but ingredients are high quality for an all inclusive establishment. Honourable mention for breakfast egg service

“Winter sun relaxing trip full rundown”

The staff were fantastic. They are passionate and care about the service and quality they provide. The reef is incredible and the reason we went to Sharm in the first place. I did my research before hand and food wise this was supposed to be one of the best (along with the reef). The buffet is good and has lots of choice, but overall they did freshly cooked meat and fish very well, as well as the Egyptian food (think dips, flat bread, slow cooked mats and veg). The Egyptian restaurant (can use once a part of all inclusive was my favourite) Tepanyaki is not part of all inclusive but was good and entertaining! They did an evening soirée every evening (6-7pm?) on the terrace by the restaurants and served a very decent pink fizz. By far the best drink we managed to find! Oh, other than the beer... it's light, ha a fizz, good in the sun. The Spa was very good. I had a 2hr full body massage which was fantastic. I added a hammam on before the massage but it wasn't a hammam...I don't blame the professional, she knew exactly what she was doing in the massage, I just don't think she's trained enough to know what a hammam is. We didn't dive this time as we were there for snorkelling but the dive place is actually on site and popular. You can rent kayak and SUP but dint know how much. They also do private speedboat trips to Teran island which we've done before so didn't bother. Seriously the reef is great. We took our own but masks are available from the jetty and are included. No fins though and you really want to swim along the reef wall.

The resort has an amazing coral reef right on its doorstep where you could just spend hours snorkeling. The staff at this resort are next level there's nothing that's too much trouble for them. My housekeeper Ahmed was exceptional I tipped him on a few occasions and one night I had a lilo outside on my porch which he put there for me - this just added a personal touch to the level of service here and it's something I've never seen anywhere else. Another person that made the holiday feel special was Ahmed round the pool who works non stop to make sure your drinks are topped up throughout the day. I only told him my name once and he remembered it the whole holiday and brought me my regular iced coffees without needing to ask. The entertainment of an evening is better than the majority of all inclusive hotels out there. Two of the vocalists Ben and Jamie where fantastic because they have a level of ability that I think in all-inclusive hotels it can be taken for granted. I think the other singers are good too and their 4 part harmonies are really clear but individually they're not as strong. There's plenty of food options and there appears to be food all the time readily available. Of a lunch time you have a choice of 3 different restaurants: the main buffet, the pool bar and the beach bar. The pool and the beach bar were the places we always went because it was cook to order and the options were so varied. Of a nighttime you have the choice of 7 and the teppanyaki is a must (I'd say to skip the starter because the main is very filling and the fried rice is the best you'll have).

The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. (Except for one or two staff members who looked at women with strange eyes.) Abd Allah at the reception took very good care of us regarding a problem we had and solved it.The location and beach were very nice. The hotel's beach was a great choice for swimming in the Red Sea.

“Paradise in front of the coral reef”

The property is amazing. Every detail is curated and the staff super kind and ready to help. The reef in front of the hotel’s private beach is stunning and they have built a walkway to get there and dive in easily. The food is also very good and they offer a variety of choice. Music and entertainments are everywhere but never intrusive or disturbing. Long story short, everything was exceptional and we will come back!

Buffets are good. Many options and decent quality. Beach and reef are lovely. Very kid friendly.

“Another wonderful and restful holiday.”

We have been to the hotel 5 times and love it. It is in a really nice spot with beautiful views and has a great house reef, heated pools in the winter and a very good TUI kids/baby club. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The kids clubs and t bot shows are brilliant for children and are run to a high standard with excellent facilities and activities. The pools and beach are well kept and the team really look after you, including the lifeguards who are very vigilant.

The hotel has a very calm atmosphere all the time.

On arrival night, we first received a wrong room (without sea view), but received an upgrade on the following day. Very nice customer service. Thank you!
