Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing catering at dinner and breakfast. The lounge with drinks and snacks included was a welcome bonus too. We didn't use the nearby onsen nor the baths but they seemed very popular with other guests.

Location, buffet food variety in breakfast and dinner is great, lounge and lobby very spacious and comfortable

Breakfast and dinner were excellent I stayed several times already before in this hotel and had a room on a higher floor. This time I could not get this. Hope it is possible to get a room with ocean view on a higher floor again in the future.

Amazing location. Meals are buffet style, a lot to choose from. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely to be able to open up for fresh air. Onsen was great.

Everything. The ambiance is good. Love the Lounge with the piano music, spaciousness and free drinks and snacks. The staff are so considerate and helpful. Knowing I have a problem with walking, a table for lunch and dinner was specially reserved for me. I was also given a trolley to use. The hotel is just beautiful and a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

It’s an excellent location, with access to many POI . Have a sumptuous range of Buffet ( B’fast & Dinner) I’d recommend half board in this hotel ..

“Was a terrible experience, surprise this is happening in Japan, won’t be back.”

I’ve lost my pearl necklace, rings and earrings in room, the hotel is totally not approachable via phone, nor email. Even booking helped to contact hotel, no response at all. Was a terrible holiday at the end and disappointing.

Service, professionalism from staff is A+ - I would always see at least one staff member clearing snow or making sure the lounges look neat and tidy at all times, staff were always greeting guests. The hotel facilities, view from our room, room comfort level + private bath, amenities, bf & dinner buffet all top notch. After checking in and the moment we stepped into our room, the ambience was already set up with calming music to go with the view. One of the best retreat stays we’ve done, and certainly the best in Shiretoko. We enjoyed our stay, and felt very well rested. We will definitely stay here again. Shiretoko has alot to offer.

“Luxurious seaside stay”

Exceptional - from pulling up into the lobby the attentiveness, the lovely Okhotsk room with private onsen overlooking the harbour, 24hour lobby lounge access for complimentary drinks and the order to serve dinner and breakfast. Despite being very popular, the hotel never felt overwhelmingly crowded.

Room spacious and clean. Food delicious. Many add on facilities including gym， food lounge, foot bath and onsen

I was anxious to arrange a taxi to my next stop at Lake Akan Not one of the Japanese staff was willing except to explore this except a very willing and kind Russian member of staff, Nicholas. I am so very happy he easily made this quite possible. Thank you so much Nicholas
