Absolutely everything! Service, to food, to location. In all honesty it was the great team of people that made this stay truly special and converted us to the Ritz. It’s the small touches that make it. The crew noticed we liked to work out so in our room after a workout was a thoughtful note with nutritious snacks to refuel. Again the luxury was in the small touches and service. Location is excellent too.

We are absolutely in love with this hotel. It’s our second stay here. Everything is perfectly done. We checked in with Mr. Jerry whom was very friendly, helpful and professional. “A delightful experience that is unforgettable”
Staying at the hotel was such a delightful experience. Before arriving, the hotel sends me an email asking about my arrival time, my preferences and whether I’m celebrating a special occasion. When I said we’re celebrating my husband’s birthday, I didn’t expect them to send us a whole birthday cake with a handwritten birthday card. This is an excellent hotel with meticulous attention to details and a deep dedication to service. I was absolutely happy at the end of my stay. The service staff was there to delight and they made sure every part of our stay was wonderful.
