“A very homely stay - Value for money!”
Quick response rate by owners. When I feedback that there wasn't enough drinking water, 4 huge bottles were delivered the next day. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds were sufficient for 3 adult and 1 child. Good to have a washing washing on hand to wash clothes. There are convenient stores and a good restaurant nearby too. The nearest subway is also 5 min walk walk. Very convenient location.

“Lovely place that we would stay at again”
The check in process was easy and self service. The owner allowed us to check in early as there was noone booked the night before us and truly helped us with our first day. The apartment was clean and well designed with a good use of space that felt big even in a small place. Kitchen, eating space, living room and projector apart from bedroom. Beds were big and very comfortable. Walking distance: 2 minutes to nearest train station, 5 minutes to Michelin starred restaurant, 40 minutes to wukang shopping road. Lots of food and convenience stores around.

Very nice landlord who gave us a lot of advice and help since at first it was not easy to transfer the required amount from europe to china. It was relly ghreat great to life just in the middle of nice chinese neighbours. We as a family liked it very much.

This is a nice apartment with several bedrooms/ beds. It's very clean and pretty quiet. It's close to the subway station. This allows us to get to different destinations conveniently. It's close to art district Tianzifang and blends in the residential area. If people like art or would like to know more about Shanghai culture or local Chinese culture, this would be a great choice. The owner is nice and friendly. The communication with the owner was smooth. They would like to answer more questions about the attractions and destinations beyond the apartment.
