If possible, choose check - in with Yuki! She is amazing and speaks English very well. The whole process of check - in / check - out was very smooth. Lovely experience. She is very kind and professional.

“Lovely hotel in the former French Concession”
Hotel is set in beautiful gardens in a fantastic French Concession location, easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, parks and metro station. I stayed in 2 different rooms - both were big and very comfortable - fabulous bed! Bathroom is huge with plenty of space, a bath and a walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast, lots of Asian and Western options. Pretty good value for money in my favourite part of Shanghai!

“Out on its own for setting and location to French C area. Magnificent and expansive gardens.”
The Club Lounge offered great food and wine choices. Staff were polite but not very engaging. Rooms and outlook are superb. Having a separate Club building is very nice.
