Amazing location. Just few minutes walk to the Bund. Right by train station too for easy transport. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was great. They have a cute hat wearing robot for room service lol

Housekeeping was good, and the towels were replaced promptly. The breakfast spread was large, and they had even samosas. The location is close to the Bund, which is easy to get to all places.

Location was good, walking distance to attractions or to take didi, food was pretty standard, hospitality was great, toilet had japanese bidet, room was spacious and clean, staff could speak English...would stay again

My room was very nice, very spacious and the bed was super comfortable, bed linen also was of very good quality. I was in a superior category room and it’s totally worth it. My requests were honoured and I overall enjoyed my stay. The location is great. The staff are very efficient but it’s a big and busy hotel, so don’t expect personal or friendly touch, even though all staff were nice and everything went very smoothly.

Good location within easy walking distance of the lights of the Bund. Door staff were very helpful while the desk staff were more efficient than welcoming. Happy to have a coffee machine in the room.

An historic building that's a short walk from the Bund and East Nanjing Road. Plentiful breakfast offerings, with a mixture of Western and Chinese options. The main Chinese dish was changed daily. The room was large and very comfortable, with a seating area, separate dressing room, and an excellent shower!
